Park Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic

I visited because my nose was stuffy and itchy, and I received treatment for allergic rhinitis and a prescription. I’ve been going to this clinic since the early days of my marriage, and the nurses are always kind.

Lately, the weather has been hot one minute and cool the next, and my rhinitis symptoms started acting up, so over-the-counter medicine wasn’t enough and I went to the clinic~

I received an injection treatment for a cold and gastroenteritis. It's a clinic that my whole family has been using since my kids were little, and every time we go, Dr. Park Byung-il and the nurses are all friendly and so wonderful.

I suddenly had a really bad sore throat and got checked out, and I was diagnosed with acute laryngitis, which can happen from air conditioning or fan winds in the summer. I received steam treatment at the hospital and was prescribed medication for four days, and after taking it for two days, my symptoms have improved a lot. The doctor is very kind and takes good care of me.

I was treated for an ear infection by Dr. Park Hyung-jin. He even cleaned my ears very thoroughly—it feels so refreshing and good now. The doctor is very kind, too.

I've been taking the bus to Park ENT Clinic for almost 20 years. It's a bit far from my home. When I went back after a few months, I was disappointed to find that Dr. Park Byung-il was away on overseas training, so I ended up seeing the director of Department 2. Neither the medication nor the treatment approach suited me at all. I didn't feel I could trust them, and there was a lot of unnecessary treatment. They kept recommending various tests...ㅠ I was upset, and the medication didn't work, so I just wasted my money. Among the nurses, the ones who have been there a long time—especially the two at the front desk—are really kind, but the newer ones aren't so much... I won't be going back until Dr. Park Byung-il returns next year. I guess I'll have to find another clinic in the neighborhood.

I didn't have high expectations since it was a hospital right by my house, but they carefully examined my symptoms and provided a lengthy consultation, which I really appreciated. I don't want to have to go to the hospital often, but if I do need to, this is definitely a place I want to visit.

The doctor is kind and really takes care of the patients. I wish I wasn't in pain, but when I am, I get healed right away after the treatment.

The nurses were friendly, but since I went on a weekend and there were a lot of patients, I felt like the doctor was a bit rushed during the consultation.
