I visited the Chaohin Orthopedic Clinic due to an ankle injury. From the reception to the consultation and examinations, the overall process was relatively organized, so even though it was my first visit, I didn't feel too confused. There was a bit of a wait, but the staff guided me well, so it wasn't too uncomfortable. During the consultation, they thoroughly checked the condition of my ankle and calmly explained the cause of my current pain and what to watch out for. Instead of recommending unnecessary excessive treatments, they focused on treatment methods suited to my current condition and advised me on parts to be careful about in my daily life, which made me trust them. The hospital's interior was generally well maintained and clean.

If there are no issues seen in the X-ray, they just treat you with physical therapy. The physical therapists are also kind and friendly. I haven't been to any other nearby orthopedic clinics, so I have nothing to compare it with, but I'm pretty satisfied. However, for conditions like rotator cuff injuries that take a long time to heal, it can be a bit frustrating to rely solely on physical therapy, but that's not the clinic's fault, so I'll let it slide. Still, there are no aggressive injections or unnecessary treatments, and they seem to consult based on the patient's condition, which makes me trust them. I guess I'll have to visit frequently since I have a lot of spinal issues.

I usually work on the computer for long hours with poor posture, and one day I started experiencing severe neck and shoulder pain, so I couldn't take it anymore and visited an orthopedic clinic near my house. When I first arrived, I felt a little less nervous because the inside of the hospital was very clean and pleasant. The reception staff greeted me with bright smiles and were very helpful, which left a great first impression. The wait time wasn’t long, and I was able to see the doctor one-on-one right away. He listened carefully to my symptoms and accurately diagnosed me with early signs of turtle neck syndrome, rather than just simple muscle pain. After that, I moved to the physical therapy room where I received manual therapy and heat treatment together. The physical therapist tailored the massages and corrective exercises to fit my body condition, making me feel really refreshed and relieved during the treatment. Even though it was just one visit, I felt my tense muscles had become softer, and they kindly taught me how to maintain proper posture in my daily life, which was very helpful. I trust their honest treatment without any unnecessary procedures, and I plan to keep coming regularly to work on my body alignment.

I've often had stiff shoulders and back pain, but they kindly explained everything and recommended physical therapy, which helped me recover quickly! I was worried about a relapse, but after one consultation, I could just continue with physical therapy, which was convenient and great. It's close to my house, so I was able to easily go for treatments. I often recommend this clinic to friends and family! They even gave me a handout with stretching exercises I can do at home and explained it well, which really helped my recovery. Thank you! I think I'll keep using their services in the future! The person who took my X-ray was also very kind and guided me on how to position myself while explaining everything. I'm always grateful~~

*The doctor and all the nurses, physical therapists, and staff treated me with such care that I felt comfortable throughout the waiting time and during the treatment. The IV went smoothly too.

I visited the hospital for my knee joint and received kind care during the examination. I even got good physical therapy from the nurses before heading home.

There's no over-treatment, and they do the treatment thoroughly, which is great.
