Hwang Jeong Orthopedic Clinic

Since I live in the United States, I go on a hospital tour whenever I visit Korea once a year. This time, before I came, I had occasional pain in my lower back and the outside of my hips. I thought it would be best to see an orthopedic doctor instead of a traditional Korean medicine clinic. I got recommendations from people around me about various places, but I decided to search for one near the Migeum Station, which was close to my parents' house. I felt drawn to a local spot that had been around for a long time, and I wasn't wrong. Meeting the kind elderly doctor put me at ease. It was comforting to see him take the X-rays himself, and I even found myself wanting to complain about aches and pains everywhere. I'm especially grateful for the friendly guidance and help with scheduling appointments from the person at the front desk.
