I went to the internal medicine department to get a prescription for blood pressure medication. Today, there weren't many people in the hospital, so the wait was short. Since my blood pressure is stable, the doctor didn't say much. I also had a blood test while I was there. I was worried about diabetes, but luckily the results were good. The director and the nurses are always so kind, which makes me feel comfortable and happy. Even though it’s a small private hospital, I think that’s a good thing. I've been going there for a few years, and my blood pressure management has been good. I often forget to take my medication, which worries me, but my blood pressure hasn’t fluctuated much, so it's nice to hear that it's well-managed every time I go. Initially, my blood pressure was over 200, and since I started getting prescriptions, the doctors have been very attentive, allowing my condition to gradually stabilize, and now my numbers are good, so my worries have lessened.

The weather was gloomy since morning, and I wasn't feeling too well, but it was time to get my blood pressure medication, so I prepared and went. Turns out I really wasn't feeling great. I need to keep taking my medication and manage my health to avoid getting diabetes.

Today, I received my blood pressure medication again. I need to remember to take it every morning, but I keep forgetting. When I checked my blood pressure today, it was 140/80, so there wasn't any significant risk. Even though I haven't been taking my medication regularly, I've been trying to relax and enjoy what I want to do and eat without stress lately, and it seems my blood pressure is being managed well. I guess being at ease is more important than the medication. Dr. Yoo Young-hoon always examines me in a comfortable and friendly way, making sure to check if I have any other pains, which I appreciate. The nurses are also always kind, which makes me feel at ease. I really need to make sure to take my medication every morning and keep my mind peaceful while managing my blood pressure.
