I visited for IV infusion therapy and ended up having an even more satisfying experience than I expected! I usually get nervous whenever I go to a hospital, but the doctor here welcomed me so warmly. The consultation does take a little longer than usual, but it seemed like the doctor asked each and every patient about their daily life and how they had been doing before anything else. I felt that they genuinely cared about their patients instead of just mechanically treating their symptoms.^ The explanations were so thorough and easy to understand that I had no questions left. While receiving the IV treatment, I felt completely cared for and healed—not only physically, but emotionally as well, since my body and mind had been so tired and unwell. I hope more hospitals become this attentive and skilled.

I visited Yonsei Dana Clinic to undergo the Laser Skin Tightening treatment I had been considering for a while. I’m usually quite sensitive to pain, so I was pretty worried, but the doctor explained the entire procedure and the expected level of pain in great detail and in such a kind manner that I felt much more at ease. During the treatment, they carefully checked to make sure I wasn’t uncomfortable anywhere, and the pain I had been worried about was just a little prickly. There was some slight redness immediately afterward, but I followed the aftercare instructions from the clinic carefully, and after a few hours it naturally subsided. I could really feel that my skin was noticeably healthier and more refreshed. The clinic has a very clean overall atmosphere, and the front desk staff are also so friendly that I feel good every time I visit. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for thorough care and reliable follow-up treatment. I plan to keep coming back for regular treatments in the future.

I feel like I’ve found a clinic I can visit without worrying about the day when I’m feeling unwell, and since then, if anyone I know is sick on the weekend, I always recommend this place first.

It will be hard to find a hospital with a family-like atmosphere. Yonsei DANA Clinic has friendly doctors and nurses who are considerate. Due to my job, I often meet many people and came in with cold symptoms, but the doctor said I had COVID. After being prescribed a week's worth of medication, I'm grateful for the doctor's advice to come back anytime if the symptoms worsen or if I feel very sick. My health has improved, and I'm back to my daily life. It seems like a local clinic is even better than a bigger hospital. Plus, you save both time and money~~~^^
