In fact, when I mentioned that my coughing got worse in the early morning, they told me to take medication before bed. I learned that for someone with esophagitis, it's best not to eat anything at least two hours before bed. By going to our ENT clinic, I received medication for both my esophagitis and rhinitis, and my coughing at night has definitely improved. I even have nights where I can sleep without taking medication. They also took the time to explain why I was coughing so often and helped me understand that it's not just about the medication, but also about changing my lifestyle. I feel like my health is gradually getting better.
