I've been dealing with discomfort in my waist and knees, just trying to manage it over time. One day, though, I felt a sharp pain when I got up from sitting, and I realized I couldn't put off visiting the doctor any longer. The process from check-in to the appointment was straightforward and not complicated, and the waiting room was relatively quiet, which helped ease my nerves. In the consultation room, the doctor not only asked about my current pain location but also about my past injuries and daily habits, giving clear explanations. Instead of just saying, 'It's a muscle issue,' he took the time to explain why this pain keeps happening, which built my trust. After reviewing the X-rays, he provided advice on movements to avoid right away and ways to manage it at home. In the physical therapy room, the therapist continuously checked in on whether the intensity was okay, so I felt comfortable during the treatment. Overall, it left me with the impression that this is a clinic that doesn’t overdo things but definitely takes care of the essentials.
