Yonsei Jun Mental Health Clinic

I've been consistently going to a mental health clinic for 10 years. I first visited because of anxiety symptoms, and the director calmly listened to my story and helped us think together about the treatment direction, which was a big support for me. By combining medication and counseling, my symptoms gradually stabilized, and they even paid close attention to my lifestyle habits, helping me find balance in my daily life. The advantage is that after such a long time, trust has built up. They are well aware of any changes in my condition and can respond immediately to even small changes, which gives me peace of mind. The downside is that the clinic isn't very large, so if appointments get backed up, it can be hard to get a slot at the desired time. Still, consistently going there has changed my life a lot, and I feel it's a place I can trust and rely on as a regular patient. I plan to continue going in the future.

I've been going to this go-to mental health clinic for 12 years now. I've been coming here since the doctor opened the clinic! Even though it now takes me an hour by car after moving, I can’t trust anywhere else. There's no place where I can feel as comfortable as here. I can truly feel that the doctor takes care of each and every patient, and during consultations, they make it easy for me to talk comfortably. I’ve been a patient for 12 years, so I’m really close with both the desk staff and the doctor. Whenever I feel down, a 20-30 minute chat with the doctor really lifts my spirits. When they first opened, there weren't many patients, but now the waiting room is usually packed, which makes me trust the doctor even more. It’s tough to drive an hour, but I’m still grateful to be here^^♡
