I visited for a follow-up check-up after my varicose vein surgery. Originally, I was seen by a female doctor, but that day a male doctor was on duty. He was thorough and kind, and took great care of me.

Yesterday I went to a traditional medicine clinic, and today I visited a thoracic surgery department for my vein treatment, and all the nurses and doctors were very kind.

I visited Bupyeong Cardiothoracic Surgery Clinic due to discomfort in my legs and protruding veins. Because of my job that requires me to stand for long periods, my calves often swell, and I experience heavy pain in the evenings, so I decided to get checked out. During my initial visit, they immediately conducted a vascular ultrasound after a brief consultation. They calmly explained my venous circulation status and the problem areas while showing me the scan, which made it easy to understand. They clearly pointed out that this isn’t just a cosmetic issue but rather an early stage of varicose veins caused by blood reflux, and I received realistic advice that, at this stage, wearing compression stockings and managing my lifestyle should take priority over surgery. The examination and consultation took about 30 minutes, and there were no unnecessary tests suggested, which made me feel confident in their professionalism. The overall atmosphere of the clinic was calm, and the waiting time was not long, which helped reduce any stress. The way they accurately pinpointed my symptoms and provided step-by-step explanations made me feel that this clinic would be helpful for those struggling with vascular issues.

It is located on the 6th floor of Bupyeong Station. There are so many patients that the waiting time is really long, which is uncomfortable. I think it's better to make an appointment or visit on a weekday. Maybe because they're busy, the nurses and doctors aren't very friendly. It feels like they just want to see you quickly and send you on your way.

The staff were very kind and professional, and I was able to recover quickly with treatment that didn't hurt. Thank you so much.
