It's been a year since I started receiving treatment for osteoporosis. The osteoporosis injection is given twice a year, six months apart. After a year had passed, they said I needed to be tested again to check my osteoporosis levels and see how much they had improved, so today I also had the test done at a hospital that could perform it. The results weren't very good, so I was a little disappointed. The measurement for my legs was around -2.9, which was somewhat better than a year ago and still came out fairly satisfactory, but my spine was -3.2, so it hadn't improved much at all. It was really disappointing. The hospital where I get my injections is separate, so at this hospital I only had the test and received the results. Still, they said I had to see the doctor, so I went into the consultation room. The doctor just told me my numbers in a very matter-of-fact way and said, “You have osteoporosis,” and that was the end of the consultation. Maybe because I don't get my injections at their hospital, they didn't say another word. I still expected at least a little kindness, though... The test fee wasn't cheap either... 😢 In the end, I heard the detailed explanation from the hospital where I get my injections.

During the casting process, I appreciated how the nurses kept talking to my child and made sure they weren’t scared. After the treatment, they also thoroughly explained pain management options and follow-up appointment schedules, which really helped with ongoing care. I was very worried since my child was hurt, but overall, the kind and systematic care made it easy to trust this orthopedic clinic to handle the treatment.

There are a lot of patients. Because it's an orthopedic office, the wait times are long. It seems good after physical therapy. They don't really recommend the expensive injections.

I had to check because another hospital said I needed the procedure, but they told me that only physical therapy would be done, and I actually got better after the therapy. It was a place that didn't push unnecessary treatments.

The facility is clean and the waiting area is comfortable. The doctor pays close attention during the appointment, and the nurses greet you with a smile.

I trust them because of the doctor's accurate and kind treatment, as well as the nurses who treat me like family.
