I was looking for a hospital that specializes in burn treatment instead of general surgery, and I visited this place because of the good reviews! I had a second-degree burn on my foot that needed dressing treatment, and they explained everything in detail, from the condition of the wound to the recovery process and what to be careful about at home, which put me at ease. Since I needed daily dressing changes, the location was also important, and it’s right in front of the subway exit, so it's really convenient for coming and going to work. The hospital is clean too. The staff were all very kind and guided me without any pressure, and the treatment was thorough, which made me trust them.

I visited because I had an inflammation. The nurses were friendly right from the reception, and as soon as the nurse saw the inflamed area, she said we needed to cut it open and get the inflammation out. A little later, the doctor came in, looked at it, and said we should proceed with the surgery immediately. The nurses seem to have a lot of experience. After local anesthesia, we went straight into the surgery. I thought the inflammation wasn't too bad, but they said it was actually quite severe, and it did hurt a lot. The pain was significant, but I felt reassured seeing how quickly they handled everything and treated the problem without any delays. There was also a possibility of a bacterial infection, so they did an additional bacterial test. The costs were quite high, but it seems like it added up since a lot was done. Everyone was very kind, and they provided a diagnosis and treatment very quickly!

Still, the waiting time was shorter than I expected, which was nice! - There is parking available, and depending on the appointment time, they allow enough parking time, so I can come to the hospital without worrying about parking.

This is the hospital I’ve been going to for burn treatment since last year. I trust them completely, and both the treatment and the staff’s kindness are the best. I can’t go to any other hospital.
