I visited due to a cold and flu-like symptoms on January 19, 2026, around 10 AM, but the patient load was so high that I only wrote my name and waited over three hours in a nearby café. In the afternoon, I was treated by the head doctor and got an IV for about an hour, after which my cold significantly improved. After taking the medication for a day, my flu-like symptoms completely disappeared. These days, I've been feeling very low-energy, and waiting for so long was boring due to so many cold patients, but the head doctor's kind explanations and important notes helped, and I think that contributed to my quick recovery from the cold.

I had a headache and pain in my molars, so I thought it was just a cold, but after seeing the doctor, I was told it was acute sinusitis. They explained my symptoms thoroughly and treated me kindly, which put me at ease. The hospital was clean overall and had a comfortable atmosphere, so I liked it. I was prescribed a week’s worth of medication and decided to come back for a follow-up. I was satisfied because it’s a place where I can comfortably get treatment whenever I have bothersome symptoms.

Rather than rushing through appointments, the doctor carefully checks how my symptoms are each time and whether the medication is working well for me. The prescriptions are also adjusted thoughtfully based on changes in my condition, so I’ve been managing both conditions steadily without any major problems. The explanations are calm and thorough, which makes me trust the doctor. If I had to point out one drawback, it would be the waiting time. There are usually quite a lot of patients, so if you don’t time your visit well, you may have to wait quite a while before getting into the consultation room. Still, this is a clinic where each patient is treated with genuine care, so I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a chronic condition who wants to keep coming in and receive proper ongoing care from an ENT specialist.

The treatment I received for my ear infection at the ENT was amazing. My ear doesn't hurt, there's no ringing, and my hearing feels better.
