I received lower eyelid surgery from Dr. Lee Joo-hong. It has been about a week. I had it done due to severe dark circles, and I am very satisfied!!!
I was feeling immense stress from the fat under my eyes, so I started looking for options~ I really appreciated the detailed explanations and kindness of the consultation manager, and I felt at ease with the doctor^^ I decided to go for it without hesitation^^ I'm eagerly looking forward to the date♡ (Surgery scheduled for November 9th/Attach photos)
I received a consultation and estimate for upper eyelid and eyelid crease correction, lower eyelid and fat repositioning, and additional assessment for glabella Botox. I'm planning to visit some more places before making a decision.
I traveled from afar, but the detailed consultation was great, and I really liked the same-day booking benefits. There was no consultation fee.
I wanted to have a double eyelid surgery along with outer and inner corner enhancement, but they advised that the effect would be minimal due to the bone structure around my eyes. The price for the upper eyelid surgery is also attractive.
The staff was kind and friendly ^^ I also consulted about a facelift, and the hospital was clean, and the staff was friendly and nice. I'll think about it a bit more and I will get back to you ^^

I’ve always had slightly puffy under-eyes with hollowness underneath, so my dark circles looked especially pronounced, and it really stressed me out. Even when I covered them with concealer, it would all crease and wear off by the afternoon, making me look even more dull, so I eventually went in for a consultation. The consultation was more straightforward than I expected. Based on the condition of my eyes, they said I didn’t really need to combine it with any other procedures, which actually made me trust them more. I never felt like they were pushing anything unnecessarily. I was honestly really nervous on the day of the procedure, but once I went in, it was over pretty quickly. Afterwards, my eyes felt tight and like there was something in them. It wasn’t really painful, more uncomfortable, I guess? My eyes watered a bit too. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I was more swollen than I expected, so I slightly regretted it and thought, “Did I do this for nothing?” lol The swelling was the worst around days 2–3, and the area under my eyes turned yellowish, almost like a bruise. It was still somewhat noticeable even with makeup on at that point. But after day 5, the swelling started going down quickly, and after about a week, you could tell if you looked closely, but it wasn’t very noticeable otherwise. It’s been about a month now, and the area under my eyes is definitely flatter. The shadows that used to make me look tired are gone, so I look much less exhausted. I used to hear, “Why do you look so tired?” all the time, but I haven’t heard that lately. Honestly, I was worried because of the initial swelling, but as time passed, I understood why so many people get this done. If you’re stressed about shadows under your eyes like I was, I think it’s definitely worth considering. I highly recommend it!

I had saggy eyelids, and I often heard comments about looking tired because I had to use my forehead muscles to open my eyes. I didn't want to hear those tired remarks anymore, so I started using eyelid tape, but it felt like my skin was stretching, which led me to finally decide on surgery with incision and eyelid correction. On the day of the surgery, the only discomfort I felt was a bit of tightness during the anesthesia; it wasn't too painful. However, right after the surgery, I was worried because my eyelid line looked really thick, and I spent several nights just searching for reviews, concerned that I might end up with 'sausage eyes.' For a week, I focused on eating pumpkin juice and going for nightly walks while doing cold compresses. After the stitches were removed, the swelling noticeably started to go down. Now, three months later, the scar has almost faded, and my eyelids have settled into a natural in-out line. I'm feeling great about looking prettier, but more than that, I realize how much lighter my eyes feel now that the habit of opening them with my forehead is gone, and I really think I made the right decision getting the surgery.
