I first visited because my uvula was severely swollen and it was difficult to even swallow my saliva. Since I usually experience side effects from antibiotics, I was initially prescribed mainly anti-inflammatory medication, but when the symptoms moved down my throat and I started feeling a tickling sensation and worsening cold-like symptoms, I came back for another visit. The doctor carefully checked my condition again and treated me kindly, which reassured me, so I took the antibiotics that were prescribed. After taking the medication, I recovered quickly and felt well enough that it no longer interfered with my daily life. This is a trustworthy hospital that provides attentive treatment based on each patient’s condition.

I visited because I was really feeling under the weather with a sore throat and headache. Both the doctor and the nurse were very kind. I went right after lunch ended, and even though there was a wait, I was still able to get treated relatively quickly! During the examination, they asked detailed questions about my current condition. They didn’t rush through it; they thoroughly examined my nasal passages and throat, which I appreciated. The facility is clean, especially for a local clinic, and it's very close to the subway station, so I think I’ll come back frequently if I have bronchial issues! Lately, everyone around me has been catching colds, and I was worried since this cold seems to be really bad and doesn't go away quickly even with medication. However, after finishing the 5 days' worth of prescribed medication, I started to feel better!

From the moment I checked in, the nurses were so kind and helpful, which was great. The doctor also carefully went through each of my symptoms and explained everything in detail, making me feel comfortable during the consultation. It didn't feel like a quick prescription; instead, he took the time to discuss my current condition and gave me tips on how to take care of my throat and nose, which put my mind at ease. The hospital itself felt very clean and well-maintained, so I felt comfortable while waiting. If I need to visit a hospital again, this would definitely be the place I'd want to return to.

This ENT clinic is right in front of Cheonwang Station, so it's easily accessible and convenient. I go here for my kids' colds and even when I'm sick. They did the flu test without any pain, and I was really satisfied. In the cold season, it does get really busy starting in the morning, so the wait can be a bit long, but I felt like each patient was being looked after thoroughly, so I didn't mind waiting. On weekends, the parking lot is small, so you might have to wait a lot. However, since it's right in front of the station, I think it should be fine for those using public transportation. The building itself just has a small parking area, and I guess there's not much that can be done about that. The nurses are friendly, and the doctor might seem a bit stern, but he does a thorough job and explains things well, which is why I keep coming back.
