The doctor was always kind and the treatment was satisfactory. However, I was disappointed with the response from a young female staff member at the reception. While waiting, I saw an elderly person asking about a prescription medication from Saint Mary's Eye Clinic, but at first, she replied somewhat rudely, saying things like, "I don't know," "Just take it as written on the medication," and, "How are we supposed to know every medication?" It seemed she later confirmed that the medication was indeed prescribed by the hospital, but without any apology, she simply said, "Oh, you got that from our hospital? Just take one each." Throughout this process, her voice was raised loud enough for everyone in the lobby to hear, and despite her mistake, there was no acknowledgment or polite explanation from her. The kindness of the doctor and other staff members stood out even more in contrast to this. Especially in how she interacted with the elderly, it seems that staff training on politeness is necessary as it directly affects the hospital's image. It was quite uncomfortable to witness from the side.

I visited upon a friend's recommendation for the first time, and everyone was friendly, and the doctors explained well, so I encourage you to get a consultation! ~^^ The facilities are good, clean, and I plan to visit again next time.
