I am managing blood sugar levels through eating mixed grain rice and fresh vegetables, and walking 10,000 steps.

To prevent blood sugar from rising, it seems necessary to be truly careful and attentive. Since diet management is fundamental, I always eat brown rice. I regulate my blood sugar by mixing various grains such as brown rice, oats, and whole grains. I also enjoy eating raw vegetables like cucumbers and carrots without any dressing. Additionally, I make sure to walk and exercise diligently after meals to manage my blood sugar levels.
