[Healthy Food] 🧑‍🍳 Today's Fish Dish 🌼 Grilled Spanish Mackerel in the Oven and Fish Cake Soup

This week, among the ingredients brought by Homeplus, I baked the remaining mackerel in the oven without using oil.

The oil is flowing out continuously.

Fish cake soup was made by boiling fish cakes in oil and then discarding it.

The oil used for frying fish cake is quite strange.

Unwashed oil..

So, the taste is clean.

Anchovies were stir-fried with walnuts and green chili peppers.

It contains calcium, but it's a somewhat salty side dish 😊
