I often go due to hand eczema, and every time, the doctor treats me with kindness. After taking the medications prescribed, he also provides ongoing care advice and necessary information. Additionally, he gives careful attention to acne treatments, unlike other clinics that just do a quick injection without much care. I feel satisfied every time I see how much they focus on proper extraction.

I asked about pain-related questions, and he said it’s in a difficult spot, so I hope it heals well. Regarding insurance – burns fall under a P-code rather than an injury code, right? Then, I can't claim the outpatient medical expenses... The treatment is expensive, and I have to keep coming back, but it’s a bit disappointing that I can't claim insurance. I wonder if burns shouldn't be considered injuries first. It feels like the insurance company is really trying not to pay. They say it’s because this and that... Anyway, the vice director answered my inquiries well, and I appreciated that.

I’m going twice a week for excimer laser and UV treatments. It seems a little busier on weekday afternoons than on weekends. Even though I make an appointment, the wait is a bit longer on weekdays! There aren’t many places that offer excimer laser treatment, so I travel from another area twice a week for treatment. The excimer laser doesn’t hurt and is comfortable, so my child isn’t afraid of it! The doctor is also very kind, and we’ve had about 13 treatments so far, with a lot of improvement! It’s amazing to see the areas where the skin had turned white returning much closer to their normal color! I don’t know how much longer we’ll need to continue, but seeing the treatment work makes it worth coming even when it’s difficult!! And my child loves the hot chocolate there^^
