I was prescribed medication by Dr. Su Gyeong for my eczema, and after keeping up with my visits, it got much better.

I’ve been living with chronic eczema on my hands. I usually have mild symptoms, but during seasonal changes like this, my symptoms flare up badly—maybe because my immune system is weaker. Until then, I had visited several local clinics but didn’t see much improvement, so whenever my symptoms got worse, I would just endure the discomfort. Then one day, my skin flared up so badly that it became impossible to bear, so I asked around for recommendations for a good dermatology clinic and ended up coming here for the first time. Maybe the medication suited me well, because my condition improved a lot, and I also liked that the doctor was very kind. Since then, I’ve settled on this clinic and keep coming here even though it’s quite far from home. I feel like I’ve finally found a clinic that works well for me.

I came in for my second Gold PTT session, but even after just one session, my skin has improved quite a bit, so I’m satisfied.

The front desk managers are very kind, and there’s also a dermatologist here, which is rare to find in Seolleung. There’s no unnecessary treatment, and I’m very satisfied. I came here to fix a procedure that was done incorrectly at another clinic, and unlike cosmetic doctors who just shoot lasers, the doctor here carefully explained what went wrong, how it would be treated, and what treatment plan they had. I really appreciate how thorough they are. I guess it really is different when you see a board-certified dermatologist, right? I still have a little way to go until I’m fully recovered, but I’m going to trust the doctor and continue my treatment. Thank you as always. I was really lucky to find this clinic, haha. Hair loss that suddenly appeared a long time ago, almost like an incurable disease~ It was really hard at first, but I guess I’ve gotten used to it now because I find myself going to Dermatology. It’s so exhausting having to go at 12:30 every time to make an appointment, then come back at 2:00 and wait again until I can be seen. But thanks to Dr. Su Gyeong-wonjeong, who always treats me so kindly, I had another good appointment today. Maybe because it keeps coming back, I’ve been having hair loss far too often, and whenever I feel really worn out and exhausted, the doctor kindly explains everything well in response to my questions and reassures me. Thank you so much. The doctor carefully gave me injections in several spots on my scalp. It started with alopecia areata and has continued for several years as recurrent hair loss. The injections hurt, but I’m hoping it gets better soon.

I come here whenever my allergies flare up, and these days the wait isn’t even that long—it feels like things move along faster than before!! The bathrooms, waiting area, and hallways have all been remodeled recently, so everything is clean and well organized. There are lots of other hospitals in Seosin-dong, especially dermatology clinics, so there are plenty of places to choose from. But since many of them have been around for a long time, some of their facilities are relatively outdated... This place was remodeled not long ago, so it’s clean and comfortable to use! I especially love that the entire third floor has been changed to private rooms for one person—it’s so pleasant and comfortable ㅠㅠ I’ll come again next time~~!

After my baby started wearing a cranial correction helmet, the forehead area became red and swollen. Worried that something might be wrong, I made an appointment at the hospital with a great deal of concern. When we arrived, the nurse kindly helped us with everything from check-in to providing guidance, which helped ease my anxiety considerably. I then received a careful and thorough examination directly from the dermatology specialist. The doctor confirmed that, fortunately, there were no serious wounds or significant problems with my baby’s skin. I was given the professional explanation that, especially with the weather having become unusually hot lately, the helmet’s limited ventilation and snug fit can naturally cause warmth and skin irritation. Thanks to the detailed and kind explanation, all the anxiety I had been feeling disappeared, and I was able to return home with my baby feeling much lighter and relieved.

Dr. Kwak Eun-hee always greets me with a smile and explains everything kindly and clearly. She also performs the procedures skillfully and makes sure they don’t hurt. That’s why, even when I’ve had to wait an hour or two after checking in before being seen, I never felt annoyed and was able to leave the clinic feeling satisfied~~

They’re very popular and always busy, so I didn’t get a very long consultation, but they seemed to choose the treatments I needed and perform them well. I’m satisfied because they explained everything in a calm voice and carried out the procedures with very skilled hands. I just wish the waiting time could be shortened a little^^

I was a little nervous since it was my first visit, but the staff guided me kindly from check-in through the consultation, so I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. I also felt I could trust the clinic because they explained what was actually necessary for my skin rather than pushing procedures unconditionally. The clinic was clean, and the waiting area was comfortable as well. If you have concerns about your skin, I think it’s a good clinic to visit for a consultation. I plan to keep coming back regularly.

I had a toning treatment. Dr. Sugyeom is very thorough and does the laser treatment really well. I’ve been getting it regularly to keep my melasma under control. I also like that they provide lifting care after the toning treatment.

I came in because of pus-filled acne, inflammation, and hyperpigmentation. I’ve only had one treatment so far, so I haven’t noticed a big change yet, but I’m also taking medication, so I’m sure it’ll improve more quickly. It did hurt during the extraction, but the aesthetician was kind, and I liked that everything was done quickly without any waiting time.

The doctor is incredibly kind. I came in for hair loss and received treatment, and although it’s embarrassing, I’d also been really worried about athlete’s foot as a woman. They gave me a one-on-one consultation, answered all my questions, treated me, and clearly pointed out the things I needed to be careful about. The staff are also so friendly. Even though things took longer than expected, they didn’t rush me, ignore me because of my age, or get impatient. They calmly waited until I was fully ready. They even went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and told me to sit back and take my time. I felt bad for being late...;;; but I was so grateful. I came in just to get a prescription for one medication, but I’m leaving deeply touched. I’m so thankful to the director and every member of the staff. This is truly a clinic that does its very best~♡♡

After applying numbing cream, they started with laser treatment for my dark spots. It didn’t hurt, but... the smell, haha—it was exactly the smell everyone’s probably imagining. The doctor was so kind. After treating the dark spots, I moved to another spot for the lifting treatment: 200 shots of Ultherapy!! About four years ago, I had a lifting treatment while getting the dark spots removed on the opposite, right side, but this time I got Ultherapy Prime??!! This really didn’t hurt at all. I only felt a slight tingling sensation once or twice. They also checked my pain level during the procedure, which was nice. As for the results so far, my double-chin area is slightly swollen, so I think I need to wait for the swelling to go down. They put a patch over the dark spots, but you can barely see any color. I’ll be able to tell more clearly after removing it in a week!! I’m satisfied.
