The doctor thoroughly checked my current skin condition and explained the causes of acne and how to manage it in detail, which made it easy to understand. They prescribed a treatment and medication that suits my skin, and they kindly answered all my questions, which put my mind at ease. The hospital was also clean, and the overall waiting time from registration to treatment wasn't long, so I could be comfortable during my appointment. It's still been a little while since I started treatment, but I’m hopeful that consistent care will bring good results. If I have skin concerns again, I'm willing to come back, and overall, I had a satisfactory experience with my treatment.

I was really frustrated because my eczema lasted so long, but after coming to the hospital and getting both oral and topical treatments, I've seen a noticeable improvement and I'm very satisfied.

I visited because I had an old sebaceous cyst. It started with one next to my nose, and then more kept popping up. The cyst kept inflating and deflating, getting harder... I couldn't sort it out at homeㅠㅅㅠ It was getting discolored too... and maybe because it was summer, it even started itching. Dr. Park Soo-kyung reassured me not to worry~😅🤣 She was really kind during the consultation, and I went through with the procedure. She applied a numbing cream for about 20 minutes, then used a laser to cut it out and removed it with an extractor. Since it was next to my nose, I shed a little tear but she removed it cleanly without any pain. She mentioned that because it was a laser procedure, there might be a chance of it coming back, but I feel so refreshed now that something that had bothered me for years is finally gone~~^^

They don’t pressure you into getting procedures, there’s no overtreatment, and everyone is friendly. You can join the waiting list on a tablet in the morning, so keep that in mind if you want to sign up in advance~

The doctor in Exam Room 1 was so kind, and I asked several questions about things I was curious about. They explained everything really well. My allergic dermatitis had flared up badly, so I decided to get an allergy test, and apparently starting today, the test has been changed to include more than 200 types of allergens. So lucky! My veins are the kind that hide easily, so the nurse had a hard time too, but they were really kind, which I appreciated.

I visited Sugyeong Dermatology for alopecia areata and psoriasis. As usual, the wait was about an hour, but I received good care and came home feeling satisfied. The clinic was comfortable inside and had Wi-Fi, so I looked at my phone while waiting and wasn’t bored. Dr. Sugyeong is always kind and thorough. After carefully checking me, she gave me injections for the hair loss, which appears in multiple areas. It stung quite a bit because it was on my scalp, but I guess I’ve built up some tolerance after getting the injections several times. I was able to bear it well again today. She also recommended a good cream for caring for my dry skin, and I can visibly see my skin improving, so I’m very satisfied. I hope I get better soon by taking my medication, avoiding as much stress as possible, and taking care of my health with seasonal foods~~~
