I originally went in for a consultation and acne extractions, but I couldn’t keep going, so I returned after a long time. I had been seeing Dr. Kwak Eun-hee, but since I didn’t have enough time, I saw Dr. Park Soo-kyung instead. She was very kind and explained everything well. Since my condition seemed to have improved, she changed my medication to a different one and told me to get extractions as well. I hope it continues to get better. The staff at the front desk were kind too. And the estheticians did the extractions really well, like seasoned professionals. When I asked questions, they calmly explained and guided me through everything, so I could see why they were so kind. I think it would be even better if they greeted patients a little more warmly when they first come in~~ For acne care, I wash my face myself, then they wipe my whole face once, do the extractions, followed by cryotherapy, a modeling mask, a sheet mask, and then the laser treatment~

I've been suffering from nail and skin conditions, but they understood how I felt and guided me toward the right treatment. I'm satisfied with the care I'm receiving.

I couldn’t tell whether it was a sebaceous cyst or not, so I first visited a nearby dermatology clinic. The doctor used a laser to drain what was on the surface, but said I would probably need to see a general surgeon and wrote me a referral. They told me not to worry. I’m grateful to the doctor for providing the laser treatment and the referral to general surgery.

I always visit this clinic for acne care. Its location is convenient since it’s right by the subway station exit, and I like that it’s clean and spacious inside. They also take great care with my acne treatments, so my skin stays clear until my next appointment.
