I'm currently getting acne treatment, and the care has always been very thorough.

This was my fourth visit for shingles treatment. I saw the doctor, picked up my prescribed medication at the pharmacy, and went home.

Maybe because they’re busy seeing patients right now, but I’d appreciate it if the nurses could be a little kinder when assisting patients.

They always take good care of me and are very kind. The only downside is the long wait time ㅠㅠ

I had too many flat warts, so I went in for treatment and had the laser procedure done as well. Dr. Park Soo-kyung was very thorough in her examination and did a great job with the treatment. She’s incredibly kind, and the other staff members are friendly too. I appreciated that there were curtains during the procedure, which provided some privacy. It was especially comfortable because Dr. Sukyung is a female doctor. The parts where the skin is thinner hurt a bit, but the pain was manageable due to the numbing cream. If the treated areas are irritated by clothing or other surfaces, it can be a bit painful, but the procedure was performed well, and I left satisfied. I hope there will be no recurrence, and no scarring occurs. After the laser treatment, they applied a generous amount of regenerating cream before wrapping up. I thought I’d need to put on a duo-derm patch, but I was glad to hear that I only needed the regenerating cream.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Park Soo-kyung for my consultations. The waiting times are indeed incredibly long! Is there any way we can reduce the wait? It’s a serious issue with the system; there aren’t enough waiting areas. Sometimes, it’s quite disappointing. The bathrooms are great, though! They’re clean and well-kept. It would be nice if the staff could be a little kinder. I wish they’d smile and provide friendly service since they are in a service position. We should make this a place where patients want to come back feeling good. Please keep this in mind! These days, it feels like the overall friendliness in clinics is lacking, which is rather disappointing.

Dr. Kwak Eun-hee has been really famous even before she started practicing in Seoshindong. After giving birth, I had a condition called Roseola, and I went to every hospital in the neighborhood. Even after all the treatments, they couldn't find out what was wrong, and all I got were some really harsh medications that made it hard for me. But then, on the recommendation of someone around me, I waited in line from early morning to see Dr. Kwak, and she identified my condition immediately. With her injections, prescriptions, and ointments, I got better really quickly! I was so sad when the clinic closed down, but I heard she moved to Seoshindong, so now I just go there without hesitation. My child had a makeup mishap that made her skin really sensitive and turn red. I tried managing it at home with various ointments and creams, but nothing worked. After seeing the doctor, taking the prescribed medicine, and carefully applying the recommended creams, ointments, and sunscreen, there has been a lot of improvement. I only go to Sookyung Dermatology for skin conditions. Thank you!~^^

I visited Dr. Park Soo-kyung because I had some unclear symptoms that could be either athlete's foot or eczema, and now I'm almost four weeks in. At first, I was worried that the red, itchy area wouldn't heal, but after consistently applying and taking the medication, my condition has really improved a lot. Now it’s almost completely gone, and the doctor said I’m nearly at the recovery stage and suggested I take the medication for another two weeks. Personally, I think the Trivocort ointment worked quite well for me. The symptom relief was noticeably quick. However, the waiting time can be a bit hit or miss. Usually, if I go around 3:40 PM, I can expect to wait about 30-40 minutes for my appointment, but on that particular day, there seemed to be a lot of people, and I ended up waiting nearly an hour. Still, I’m quite satisfied with the treatment results.

I visited Sugyeong Dermatology for a consultation and treatment. When I first arrived, the registration process was relatively smooth, and all the doctors were very kind. The waiting time was not as long as I expected, so I was able to receive treatment comfortably. They thoroughly checked my skin condition and explained the causes and management of my current symptoms in an easy-to-understand way, which was very helpful. I was impressed by how they also guided me on treatment options suited to my skin condition and how to manage my lifestyle. After the consultation, when I had questions, they kindly answered them, which made me feel confident in their care. The inside of the hospital was well-maintained, and the overall treatment environment felt pleasant.
