I saw Dr. Kwak Eun-hee for chronic hives. Since it was Monday after a holiday weekend, I had to wait quite a while, but thanks to the kind treatment, my symptoms seem to be calming down, so I’m okay with it.

I visited Su-kyung Dermatology for consultation and procedures, and overall, I was very satisfied. First of all, the clinic was clean, and the waiting area was tidy, making the flow from registration to treatment easy. The staff were generally friendly, which helped ease my nerves. The consultation with the doctor was particularly impressive; instead of just pushing for treatments, he carefully examined my current skin condition and calmly explained why these issues were happening and what kind of care I needed. I appreciated the detailed guidance on precautions before and after the procedure, which made it easy to manage things at home. During the procedure, they kept checking on my pain and discomfort, which reassured me, and I liked that there was no feeling of over-treatment.

The doctor was very kind and personally provided the treatment and aftercare following the consultation. During the treatment, the doctor thoroughly explained precautions related to the cause of the condition, what to do, and things to be careful about during treatment, so I received the treatment comfortably and even forgot about the pain. First of all, there are just too many people. It seems like there are a lot of patients with appointments. Even when it's my turn, other people sneak in, which is disappointing. Dr. Kwon Eun-hee gives you one-on-one attention for a long time. Dr. Sugyeong is also kind and explains everything clearly, and she takes good care of you. I went to the dermatologist for atopic dermatitis, and she answered all my questions and prescribed medication that suited my situation, which I really appreciate. I think Sugyeong Dermatology is the best dermatology clinic. They say they can only take one or two appointments at a time, which is a real bummer. Since I have to come in person to register, and I live far away, I have to arrive early in the morning, but I still end up waiting just over an hour.

Excel V session 2 with teacher Soo-kyung I applied the numbing cream, so I didn’t feel any pain at all. After the laser treatment, my skin feels a bit tight. I hope M22 and Excel V will effectively help with my melasma.

I usually have skin troubles around my mouth when I eat rich or oily food, which has become painful due to a reaction to cosmetics. I visited the clinic when I experienced breakouts and skin pain on the T-zone. Dr. Sugyeong prescribed an ointment and lotion, and after two days, my skin problems started to calm down, returning to its original state within a week.

The doctor is nice~ I got all my warts removed a month ago, but they didn’t clear up completely, so I came back for laser treatment again. T_T This time, I had 9 warts removed… I hope they clear up completely this time^^

I had concerns about dark spots, discoloration, elasticity, and wrinkles, so I consulted with my dermatologist. I mentioned my biggest concern first, and they suggested starting treatment with M22 and Excel V in alternating sessions. I received the M22 treatment, and at first, my face turned red, but after about an hour, it calmed down. A week later, some crusting appeared and fell off on its own. Overall, my skin feels clearer, but it seems like the deep pigment still remains. I'm not sure about the effect of the second session with Excel V, and I've scheduled a third session.
