The wait here is so long that today I just got my prescription, but they handled everything kindly. I’ve been visiting here regularly for eczema, but recently the scar on my hand has caused me a lot of stress and self-consciousness. So, during my visit for eczema, I asked if I could address that scar as well. After a few injections, the scar has become much flatter; while I recognize that the color cannot be helped, I’m still satisfied with how it’s going. Dr. Sukyung is extremely kind and speaks warmly. The eczema medication works much better than other places, and I feel much improved; now I feel like I can enjoy getting a manicure! While there’s a downside to waiting for a while even with reservations, I’m generally satisfied with my visits here.

The doctor is kind, which is nice, and takes good care of me, but... things get delayed.

Firstly, Dr. Sukyung is very kind and provides advice on not only the symptoms but also lifestyle habits and general management methods, making me feel that she genuinely cares during consultations! She went through the issues I had with the medications prescribed at other clinics very thoroughly and provided tailored prescriptions for my skin conditions. It’s been about a week since I started the prescribed medications, and I already feel improvements in my skin. I was also given a gentle cream. I plan to visit again next week. I visited for my child's wart treatment~! The nurses were so kind, creating a comfortable atmosphere! However, it was a bit tough bringing my child along, as it took anywhere from 1 to 2 hours each time we wentㅠㅠ While the patients who had reservations for treatments got seen first, it caused further delays in our waiting timeㅠㅠ The doctor was thorough and friendly, which made me keep coming back, but that part was a bit hard... I think it would be much more convenient if regular appointments could be made~^^ Still, because of the kind and detailed care, I would consider coming back! I think I’ll keep going here~!^^ Dr. Sukyung is the best!

I’ve been dealing with dermatitis on my face for a few months now and came to see the doctor, but there are just way too many people. 😭 It’s usually over an hour wait... At first, during the first week of taking the medication, I thought it was getting better, but it flared up again and it’s really uncomfortable for my daily life, so I'm back for another visit. The doctor is really friendly; it's just a shame about the number of patients. The inside of the clinic is clean and not bad at all; there are plenty of chairs and spots to sit. Maybe that’s why the wait times are so long? The person at the reception is just usually friendly... I really want to get better soon and stop going to the clinic. 😭 I wonder when I’ll start to feel better... If only the waiting time could decrease, that would be so great!!!

On April 9, I got a Pico Juvelook treatment for skin regeneration on my cheeks from Dr. Park Soo-kyung.. I go in for treatment once a month, and it makes me feel good that both my husband and the people around me say my skin looks better every time they see me^^

I hope my symptoms improve quickly through the treatment, and I feel that this is a reliable clinic to visit for skin issues. Additionally, they answered my questions in detail, which made for a satisfying medical experience.

I saw Dr. Park Su-kyeong for dermatitis. I had a lot of concerns about my skin and kept asking questions, but she listened carefully to each one and explained everything slowly and in an easy-to-understand way, which I really appreciated. The nurses were also very kind, so I felt comfortable during the treatment. Overall, I was satisfied with the attentive and friendly care I received.

Procedure: Acne scars - PicoLaser + Juvelook Doctor: Dr. Park Soo-kyung Pain: There was almost no pain as the procedure was done under anesthesia. My middle school child had severe acne, so we're treating it. After three sessions of laser treatment for acne relief, we're currently undergoing three sessions of scar treatment with a laser. The face has improved a lot since taking acne medication. Even though the hospital has many patients... the director and staff are very friendly.
