I arrived 30 minutes before opening and waited with ticket number 8. I was seen by the associate director as the first patient! I visited regularly to have a wart treated with cryotherapy, and the associate director treated me while also explaining everything in detail. I’m receiving good treatment. The cryotherapy was somewhat painful, even for me as an adult. There are always a lot of visitors whenever I go, so I tend to arrive early. If you arrive early, before the hospital opens, you have to pay for parking for any time beyond the first 30 minutes! There is always a wait to be seen.

I went in to have my stitches removed two weeks after having a lump removed from my elbow. I arrived two hours before closing, but they told me registration had already closed, so I was about to leave. Luckily, they let me register. They also gave me the pathology report and explained everything kindly, which put my mind at ease. They said the wound could still reopen for a while even after the stitches were removed, so they applied some additional wound-closure tape. Thank you!!

I took my 14-month-old baby for a check-up. She bumped her forehead against the corner of a door and it got a little scraped. A friend from the neighborhood recommended this place, so we went! The doctor was a woman who looked at my baby and said that it seemed like just ointment would be enough. As a parent, you worry about scars when your baby gets hurt, so even for something minor, you want to take them to the doctor! If there’s no pediatric plastic surgery nearby, I recommend coming here! They even dressed the wound just in case and told me that there are all kinds of products at the pharmacy to prevent scarring. There was no unnecessary treatment, and it was really good! 👍

I visited because my child's atopic dermatitis is severe. I had only seen the head doctor before, but today the assistant director was the only one available, so I got treated by them for the first time. The assistant director was very attentive and kind during the consultation.

Since I’m pregnant, other places told me they couldn’t prescribe all the medications. But the doctor here explained that there are medications pregnant women can take and calmly told me that, given my current condition, leaving it untreated could actually be worse for the baby. I was very grateful.
