I came here looking for a place that prescribes zeroid cream for my atopic skin condition, and the consultation was great. Since it's a famous place, it's always crowded! It's super busy. No matter when you come, whether it's a weekday or weekend, it's always overflowing with people...

I only come here to get points because of Cashdoc, haha.

All the doctors were kind, and the facilities were well-equipped, so it was convenient to use. It was a bit expensive, though. I guess the basic treatment is probably similar everywhere.

From the first consult, the doctor looked closely at my skin condition and explained things based on my current skin state rather than just suggesting procedures. This built a lot of trust. Whenever I had questions, he patiently explained until I understood, which made me feel comfortable. Even during the treatment, he continuously checked on my condition and made sure I was not uncomfortable, allowing me to relax during the process. What I appreciated most was that he treated me in a way that was appropriate for my skin without overdoing it. After the consultation, he gave very detailed aftercare instructions, so I knew exactly how to manage things when I got home. This is a dermatology clinic I want to continue visiting whenever I have skin concerns.

I visited because I fell on a sidewalk and injured my face. The doctor examined me very thoroughly, which made me feel I could trust them.

I went in to have the back of my hand examined, but after waiting for over two hours, I got exhausted and went home. The excessively long wait times really need to be addressed. Waiting for over two hours without even a chair to sit on? It's not even a general hospital.

I received treatment from the vice director. I had phototherapy and dressing changes. I received phototherapy first in the treatment room and then had a consultation while dressing. The nurse in the treatment room was very kind. She explained everything in detail. If I didn’t understand something that the vice director said, he provided more explanations. I kept asking if I could go to the swimming pool, and they said noㅜㅜ. The injuries are more serious and deeper than I thought, so I need to keep coming regularly. Fortunately, after the treatment on Friday, they said I could at least take showers, which made me happy. I was relieved that I could shower comfortably with rubber gloves and tape. But the swimming pool is off-limitsㅜㅜ. Oh, it’s been almost a month since I could swimㅜㅜ.

I feel at ease with the very kind medical treatments I receive here. The doctors always provide detailed assistance and consultations. However, since there are no nearby clinics that offer general dermatology, the wait can be quite long. If you miss the timing, you may not be able to get treated on the same day, so I recommend checking the time and waiting before your visit. Luckily, the CashDoc system is linked, allowing me to check my turn. It might be a good idea to hold your place and quickly visit nearby stores like Olive Young or Starbucks for a bit. Beauty treatments are done separately and perhaps go through a different consultation with a coordinator? I think the specialized treatments can only be found here at Michael Classic Dermatology. The wait has significantly decreased, and the extraction teacher is super thorough and great!

Maybe because it was a rainy Saturday morning, parking took a bit of time.
