The wait is always long, but the satisfaction is high haha

I went in because I have a keloid scar on my arm. I had the procedure done without anesthesia, and it wasn't as painful as I expected. I had heard that it was really painful, which made me hesitant to go in, but after experiencing it myself, I found it to be much less painful than I thought, so I think I can go every two weeks. 👍

The interior is really clean and the doctor is really kind. I feel like the treatment will go well with the expensive equipment. I have vitiligo, and they are giving me laser treatment and thorough care. I'm satisfied. The nurses are also kind and take good care of me. I've been to other places, but this one is the best.

I'm managing redness and melasma. There's a single healthcare provider system, so the waiting time is long, but they are thorough and there are many people. It's more than an hour wait (after making a reservation). Sometimes I wonder if it's worth waiting this long, but I'm trusting the doctor and giving it a try.

The dermatology clinic in Taejeon-dong, My Classic, has a really long wait time. The deputy director is always kind and provides great care, so I see him every time I go.

After coming in for several days, I’ve gotten used to the clinic, so I feel comfortable coming here. It’s great that you offer evening appointments, since I can come after work, and I also like being able to make appointments through KakaoTalk without having to wait for someone to answer the phone. There are many clinics that perform a lot of cosmetic procedures but don’t offer regular dermatology consultations. During the consultation, I felt they carefully examined my current condition rather than just taking a quick look, which made me trust them. I was also satisfied that they explained everything kindly when I asked questions. It was helpful that they even told me what to be careful about when caring for my scalp at home, and I plan to continue treatment and take good care of it. I had been worried about my scalp, but hearing such a detailed explanation made me feel much more at ease. Overall, I was very satisfied because the consultation was thorough and the staff were kind.

The doctor is a bit kind, but the staff handling payments are truly the epitome of unkindness... They charged me over 10,000 won incorrectly, so I asked, 'Why is it so expensive?' They said that I would be charged the initial visit price again when I came back in a month. Still, it felt too expensive, but I accepted it and left. However, they suddenly stopped me and said they made an error in the payment and told me to come back to redo it... So I went back to make the payment again, and there was over a 10,000 won difference. But there was not a single apology, and they just said, 'You've finished the payment, now you can go' hahahaha. I don’t think I’ll go back… Every time I went, the amount was different, and I’m wondering if they were skimming money off me like this... Oh, you all please be careful when you go.

My child received wart removal treatment from the associate director. It was my child's first time having cryotherapy, so they were scared, but thank you for being so kind and helping them feel less nervous. I hope it heals well.

The hospital is overall very clean and well-kept, making each visit a pleasant experience. The internal layout and the check-in/waiting system are well organized, so even on my first visit, I didn't get lost and could comfortably receive treatment, which I found impressive. All the staff are also very friendly, creating a comfortable and reassuring atmosphere. There tends to be quite a number of patients wanting to see the director, so the waiting time is somewhat long, but it is organized systematically, so it's not too uncomfortable. Most importantly, they accurately diagnose only the essential parts without any unnecessary treatments, which builds my trust in them, and that's why I keep coming back here.

I wanted to share my experience after visiting a local dermatologist for impetigo not long ago. I visited on a weekday morning and the wait wasn’t too long; after checking in, I waited about 30 minutes before I could see the doctor. The doctor took a look at the affected area and immediately diagnosed it as impetigo, telling me it was a bacterial infection and contagious. He stressed the importance of washing my hands frequently and using a separate towel. He prescribed an ointment and oral antibiotics, reassuring me that it would calm down within a few days, which made me feel better. He explained everything carefully and answered my questions kindly, which I really appreciated. After starting the medication, within about two days, the crust began to dry up and the itching significantly reduced. Initially, I thought it wasn’t a big deal, but I believe going to the hospital quickly was the right decision. For anyone experiencing similar symptoms, I recommend getting medical attention sooner rather than trying to treat it yourself.

I went in at 3:30 on Friday to get an acne injection. There are separate registration lines for medical consultations and cosmetic procedures. There were two doctors, and five people waiting in total. I was treated by the male doctor, and he was very kind. The clinic was extremely clean inside. From arriving and being seen to leaving, I think it all took less than 10 minutes. I walked there, but there’s also a parking lot underground. There are tons of academies in the building, and since it goes up to the 9th floor, the elevator takes a long time to arrive. I spent much longer waiting for the elevator than I did at the clinic. If your legs are in good shape, I recommend taking the stairs up and down.

I got skin Botox today. At other clinics, they do anesthesia and then wait a bit before administering the injections, but here they take a photo. I couldn't see it, so I'm not really sure if the doctor checks it or what the purpose is. After the anesthesia, I got the skin Botox injection an hour and a half later. The doctors here are skilled, and the staff is really friendly, but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. It's at least over an hour. For a first-time visit, you definitely have to wait at least an hour, and even with a reservation, it’s still an hour wait. Anyway, they didn't say much and just quickly administered the injection. I guess because of the anesthesia, it hurt a bit but was manageable. My wrinkles weren't too severe, and they gave me a mask afterwards. The specialist did a good job, but if it weren't for the long wait, everything would be great.

Rather than pushing procedures unconditionally, they explained which treatments would be helpful based on my current condition, so I felt I could trust them even more. Maybe it’s because the doctor is a specialist, but everything—from examining my skin to explaining the treatment—was calm and thorough overall, which made me feel reassured. I’ve had skin treatments at several different clinics, and each clinic has a different consultation style. Here, I felt like I was receiving a proper consultation, which I really liked. When I asked questions, they didn’t just give quick, vague answers. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, so I was satisfied and felt comfortable talking about the things I was concerned about regarding my skin. Most of all, when it comes to dermatology, I prefer a place that properly examines my skin condition first rather than one that simply rushes through procedures. In that respect, I really liked My Classic Dermatology. I think anyone who wants a thorough consultation with a specialist would be very satisfied. Overall, the consultation was thorough and the explanations were clear, so I felt I could trust the clinic. It’s a place I think I’ll feel comfortable visiting in the future whenever I want to receive skin care.
