They’re kind. I came early in the morning, but there was quite a long wait.

It takes a while, but I like that they examine everything so thoroughly.

I’m going twice a week for excimer laser and UV treatments. It seems a little busier on weekday afternoons than on weekends. Even though I make an appointment, the wait is a bit longer on weekdays! There aren’t many places that offer excimer laser treatment, so I travel from another area twice a week for treatment. The excimer laser doesn’t hurt and is comfortable, so my child isn’t afraid of it! The doctor is also very kind, and we’ve had about 13 treatments so far, with a lot of improvement! It’s amazing to see the areas where the skin had turned white returning much closer to their normal color! I don’t know how much longer we’ll need to continue, but seeing the treatment work makes it worth coming even when it’s difficult!! And my child loves the hot chocolate there^^

I liked that it was a new building and a new hospital. The friendliness was an added bonus, haha.

There were a lot of people, but I liked how quickly I was seen.

This time, perhaps due to stress, my allergy flared up suddenly, so I ended up visiting the clinic. I often experience this symptom when my immunity drops, so I tried to tolerate it, but the itchiness was so overwhelming that I could hardly live normally. I felt like waiting on this could cause it to worsen, so I immediately went in for treatment. Unfortunately, since it was the weekend, reservations weren’t possible, and the waiting time was quite long, which made it challenging, but it was definitely worth the wait. The doctor thoroughly checked my condition and explained why these symptoms were occurring, which helped ease my mind. After taking the prescribed medication and fully resting, I noticed a significant decrease in the itching and my skin calmed down after two days. Again, this reinforces that resisting the urge to go in early isn’t the right way; early treatment is essential. Though it might not completely go away, I believe with good management, it could improve greatly :)

First of all, the hospital building itself is really nice and comfortable. The doctor is incredibly kind and takes great care during the consultation, answering all my questions. Outside of the treatment, it's a bit too much, but they are also outstanding in terms of height and appearance :)

I usually have some dark spots on my face, so I visited for skin pigmentation. The doctor prescribed me some medication for it, and I'm planning to keep applying it consistently. I also asked about back acne, and he said it’s mainly due to stress, so he didn’t think I really needed to apply anything to my skin for that. Since it’s in a place that’s not too visible, I decided to just leave it as is. There were quite a few people waiting, so the wait time was a bit long, but compared to before, it was bearable. It's nice to have a good dermatology clinic nearby for any questions I have or when I experience skin issues. I’m thinking of continuing to visit regularly. The doctor is very kind, which is great!

My daughter's skin is dry, so we often visit for various troubles. The doctor's clear and thorough explanations are definitely part of their charm. The wait time is quite long, but I can't give up on this doctor. They are very engaged with patients and share a lot of information. They don’t rush through appointments even when there's a long wait, which actually makes the waiting time feel worth it in a way. However, I wish there was a schedule on Naver or the hospital's website indicating which doctor is available on which days. My daughter needed to be examined, but we couldn't see a male doctor, so we had to leave and come back. I specially carved out time and drove a long distance, so it was a bit frustrating... 😢
