Maybe because of the opening event, there were so many people. I had to wait an hour even though I made a reservation just to get a spot. The person who was supposed to be the consultation manager had such a grumpy expression and tone the whole time, which made me feel uncomfortable. It's only been three days since they opened, but their customer service is so lacking that you would think they had ten years of experience. When I asked if the event applied, isn’t it basic for someone to explain why it doesn't? If that person is supposed to be experienced, why respond like a rookie with blunt answers saying it can't be applied? It's understandable that people get upset. I came because it’s close to home, but I might go back to the original place I used to visit even if it's a bit farther.

I had a wonderful experience with the 'Onda/Shrink/Pico Toning' and I plan to do it again next time. It feels less like a factory, and everyone is so kind. Since it's the same day, I need to see the results before I can say anything for sure, but they were friendly and meticulous, which is great.
