It seems like they always take a photo to check your face condition when you arrive. If you're short on time, you can just say you want to go ahead with it. But I wanted to check my condition, so I took the photo and waited a bit before consulting with the manager. When I mentioned I wanted Botox at another place, they straightforwardly said it might not be necessary, which I appreciated. There wasn't any excessive pressure to buy anything; they only suggested what I genuinely needed, making it much better than other places that try to hard sell. The waiting time seemed a bit long, but the procedure itself wasn't too lengthy, so it was fine. I got Pico Toning and an IPL Photofacial. The doctor made me feel comfortable, so I was able to get the treatment at ease. Since I went on a weekday, I was able to take my time with the treatment, and the dermatology clinic is clean and spacious.

I found out they were seborrheic keratosis. These don't go away naturally and can only be removed with laser treatment, so I received the treatment! Even though it's a chain clinic, the consultation was thorough and the atmosphere was comfortable. I received the Agnes laser, which was simpler than I expected, and there was hardly any pain. After the treatment, the seborrheic keratosis didn't come back, and my under-eyes are clean now, so I'm very satisfied! Since it hasn't been long since they opened, I felt the clinic was clean and well-managed overall. I plan to continue using their services.

Return visit after a year I had a laser treatment for freckles and blemish removal. Even though they said it's a tricky and difficult area around the eyes, they did the procedure very carefully and went over the precautions multiple times. However, I recommend visiting outside the peak hours of 1 PM to 4 PM, as it gets quite crowded then. I received a general toning treatment and all the doctors checked thoroughly. I opted for a 10-session package, which is much more economical compared to other places. Laser toning has very little recovery time, usually just a day or two, which is great. I also plan to get Pico Toning if there’s another event. It’s a small detail, but I like that there are towels available in the sink; they’re more convenient than disposable wipes.

After consultations, we discussed what treatments to proceed with. I had the anesthetic cream applied and waited a bit before the treatment. Even with the cream, it stung a little. After the treatment on Friday, my skin was quite swollen Saturday, so I changed the bandage once. By Monday, I was fine and planned to change it again around Tuesday. Overall, it’s better than I expected, and I hope it heals well before the Lunar New Year. Since I only had a few done, you can't really see the bandage, and I'm satisfied. I think it’s better to have a few treated frequently rather than a lot all at once.

For the mole removal on my neck, they put on some numbing cream and after about 30 minutes, they used a laser to remove it. After the removal, I received guidelines for aftercare and a healing tape before heading home. It's good to gently dab it with an alcohol swab a couple of times and reapply. At home, I daily dabbed with an alcohol swab and cut the healing tape to fit the size. Two months later, my skin overall looks much cleaner. It's still a bit faint, but I've been diligently applying sunscreen to take care of it.
