I've been receiving skincare treatments at Baum Plastic Surgery, but there has been a total lack of customer service, so I'm leaving a review. First, please adjust the reservation system to reflect expected wait times so customers don't have to wait indefinitely. We are naturally expecting to wait 2 to 3 hours. If the wait is long, please create a system to make the waiting area not feel so tedious. Third, the staff in the skincare room are always chatting and laughing, not allowing customers to relax. I hope they talk outside or do not disrupt the customers' time. There is too little system in place. If this isn't corrected, I will keep an eye on things and continue to leave reviews during my treatment period.
