When doing procedures that require anesthesia, please be thorough with the numbing. The head doctor is the only one here, but they take great care in managing everything. I almost forget the wait time because of that thoroughness. What I found disappointing was the ancillary services. The staff at the front desk aren’t rude, but they seem robotic... haha. I didn’t have any experiences that made me feel bad. On the other hand, the staff in the treatment rooms started out okay, but now it seems like they're all pretty clumsy. If the treatment room is important to you, I wouldn't recommend it. I've had quite a few unpleasant experiences where they just threw the mask on my face without any care.
