The doctor's skills must be impressive, right!? The tattoos are removed so neatly that when I show people, they have no idea I ever had one 😊 I'm really grateful for how beautifully it's done. Other clinics might say three sessions will be enough but then end up charging extra; here, they clearly tell you how many laser sessions are needed with integrity.

When I applied makeup, there were fewer flaky spots, and my skin looked much smoother, so I definitely noticed a difference. Rather than a dramatic change in one session, it felt more like my skin condition gradually improved over time, which I found more satisfying. I think for anyone struggling with skin dryness or texture issues, consulting first and proceeding with a treatment tailored to their skin could be a good idea.

I wanted to get Rejuran Healer and Skin Botox, so I visited a clinic. However, after discussing with the consultation manager, it seemed better to get SkinVibe and Skin Botox instead, so I changed my mind. I applied the numbing cream for more than 30 minutes and received local anesthesia, so I felt some pain during the treatment, but it was bearable. The treatment took about 15 minutes, and it seemed like the doctor was very thorough. There were some bruises on my face afterward, but apart from that, there weren't any other issues. It's still too soon to tell if there's been improvement since it hasn't been that long... I'll be monitoring the results before deciding on any additional treatments.

I've been coming to this clinic for about 10 years, and even though I moved and it's a bit far now, after I had a disaster at another clinic with a Rejuran injection, I make a point to return to Director Yoon for injections. If someone lives far away, I tell them to find the nearest Maypure. After visiting the Gunja branch 20 years ago, I've been exclusively going to Maypure!! The prices are fair, everyone is friendly, and the treatments and care are excellent 👍👍 Frown line Botox works within two hours, and it doesn't show at all~~

Maypure Clinic has several branches in the metropolitan area, but I mainly use the Wangsimni branch. I’ve consistently felt the effectiveness of the treatments I’ve received, which includes Inmode Forma, Rejuran Healer, and Botox. Since the costs are not insignificant, I generally take advantage of events to get treatments. On this day, I got a KakaoTalk advertisement saying there was an Inmode event, offering discounts for 5 sessions. Coincidentally, I had just finished using my last 5 sessions, so I was waiting for the event. The doctor at this location is meticulous and kind, which made me want to come to Wangsimni. Thanks to that, I received great treatment, and as you can see in the photos, I have some pores and lack elasticity, but I really feel it improves a lot after the treatments. I plan to continue with the remaining 4 sessions.

I was told that Rejuran doesn’t fill the skin like a Dermal Filler, but works by regenerating the skin, so the effects build gradually. Apparently, it involves putting salmon DNA components into the deeper layers of the skin to encourage it to repair itself. Honestly, the procedure itself wasn’t completely painless. There was a stinging sensation in each area, and afterward I was a little surprised to see raised bumps on my face, almost like an embossed texture, but they told me this was normal. They said it usually settles down within a day or two, so I wasn’t too worried. I could still notice it somewhat until the next day, but after two or three days, it had almost completely cleared up. It wasn’t very noticeable with makeup on, so it didn’t interfere with my daily life. The results weren’t dramatic right away. After four or five days, my skin texture gradually started feeling smoother, and after about a week, I could definitely tell that my makeup was settling better and looking less cakey. Overall, my skin feels a little more comfortable now, so I’m fairly satisfied. Instead of being shiny on the surface while still feeling dry underneath like before, it feels moisturized from within, if that makes sense. Honestly, I don’t think this is the kind of treatment you do just once and finish, but I think it’s a good option if you view it as ongoing skin care. It would probably suit people who want their skin to improve naturally without making it look too obvious.

However, they continuously checked on my condition throughout the procedure, which made it much less intimidating. Immediately after the treatment, there were some areas that felt a bit lumpy like embossing, and I had a bit of redness, but as I was informed, it naturally settled down over time. By the next day, I was able to go about my daily life without any major discomfort, and my skin felt a bit more hydrated. As the days went by, my skin texture became noticeably smoother and looked more vibrant overall, which I was really happy with. It wasn't a drastic immediate change, but I could feel gradual improvements, so I think consistent care will yield even better results. Overall, the explanations were thorough, and the procedure was conducted smoothly, making it a comfortable experience even for someone trying it for the first time.

After paying 1,400,000 won, I experienced sexual shame and treatment failure. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. I paid 1,400,000 won for dual course 2 to improve smile lines and jawline, and planned to receive a total of 24 threads including 4 PCL threads and 20 concentric threads. However, during the design process before the treatment, I faced highly unpleasant and inappropriate physical contact from the responsible doctor. There was no change from the treatment, and the clinic's response was irresponsible, hence I'm leaving this review for public interest. 1. Inappropriate physical contact: During the design, the doctor pulled their body towards my legs that were sitting on the bed, getting too close to my private area, which was very uncomfortable and humiliating. I felt very bad from the start, but I had already paid, so I endured it. 2. Design and vector errors: Looking at the marking photo which was sketched in less than a minute, the threads were pulling in a direction that did not address the smile lines but only towards underneath the chin. As a result, the smile lines showed no improvement, and there was no change in the jawline either. My concerns were completely disregarded by the doctor during the design, and in a very authoritative manner, they dismissed my opinion with nonsensical statements like, “Dimples make you look old! Without dimples, you won't have wrinkles! Without wrinkles, you'll live longer!” 3. Doubts about the number of threads: When I saw the threads prepared just before the treatment, there were only about 15 threads instead of 24. When I asked the chief nurse (or was it a nurse aide?) about this, I received the absurd response, “It’s because the threads are short.” 4. Hygiene conditions: The hygiene management was terrible, with the threads placed on reused regular towels in non-sterile areas during preparation for the procedure. Moreover, there were unwashed black stains all over the gown of the doctor who performed the treatment. 5. Treatment process and post-treatment response: Despite informing them of my upcoming overseas trip, it was evident that the design did not match the paid treatment, which was ignored with excuses like 'wait for a month', 'it's because you didn't get fillers', and 'you'll probably need fillers if you come again'. I initially intended to receive a lifting treatment with thread lifting, not to fill in the concerns with fillers. The doctor did not attempt to improve the promised smile lines with thread lifting from the beginning and even expressed resentment towards me for not adding a smile filler, bluntly questioning why I didn't get it and suggesting that I should have spent that money to get fillers from them instead of somewhere else. The manager who consulted me even told me that the filler prices at this clinic are too expensive, and when I mentioned I would get it done elsewhere, they asked me to say to the doctor that I would get fillers next time, assuring that the doctor would insist on getting fillers as well. Additionally, despite the anesthesia, I felt severe pain, but I refrained from making any noise, worried that it would upset the rude doctor and interfere with the treatment. However, the doctor expressed irritation, saying, “Ugh, why are you so tense?! What hurts?!” To calm the doctor, I replied, “Yes, doctor, I am taking deep breaths,” but the doctor just became angrier, saying, “Why are you looking down?!” creating more fear for me with their unprofessional behavior and remarks. From the start, I should have been more cautious seeing the strange atmosphere of the clinic and the bizarre behavior and comments of the doctor, and I deeply regret falling for the false marketing of 'PCL 4 threads + 20 concentric threads for 1,400,000 won.' Looking again at the review photos, most seem to be poorly photoshopped images of my face. I returned home after three years; I wanted to get thread lifting during my vacation, but that opportunity has also been ruined. I hope there won't be anyone else who goes through the same financial and emotional distress as I did, and I am currently in the process of reporting to the consumer protection agency. Please choose carefully.
