I’ve been visiting My Classic Dermatology for my child’s skin treatment. Every time I come here, I can’t help but notice how many patients there are. Since they don’t take appointments, I go early to register and wait, but the wait is still fairly long. Because I’m visiting with my child, the waiting can be a little difficult sometimes, and there are moments when I just wish we could get the consultation over with quickly and leave. Even so, the biggest reason I keep coming back despite the long wait is, of course, the doctor’s care. Since I’m taking my child in to have their skin examined, there are naturally more things to worry about than there would be with an adult, but the doctor examines my child’s skin very thoroughly. It’s not the kind of consultation where they just take a quick look and finish. The doctor explains in detail what my child’s current skin condition is, why these symptoms are occurring, and how we should manage it going forward, which makes me feel reassured. Especially when a child needs treatment, parents can’t help but worry that they might be recommending unnecessary procedures or too much treatment. I liked that the doctor didn’t simply push treatment, but instead explained what was necessary based on my child’s skin condition. Even when I ask questions, the doctor doesn’t give me rushed answers and explains everything step by step, so I usually feel reassured as a parent after the consultation. Honestly, there are so many people there that at first, the waiting was stressful enough to make me think, “Maybe I should try somewhere else next time.” When I go with my child, the wait can feel even longer. Even so, I ultimately keep going back because after receiving care there, I feel like I understand why so many people come. When it comes to a child’s care, it’s especially important to feel that you can trust the doctor, and the doctor examines my child’s skin carefully and explains things in a way that parents can understand. So even though the wait is long, I’m satisfied with the care itself. The fact that they don’t take appointments and that the wait is long is definitely disappointing, so I think it’s best to allow plenty of time when you visit. Still, for parents looking for care for their child’s skin, this is a place I keep coming back to because the consultation is so thorough that the time spent waiting doesn’t feel wasted. If you’re considering visiting because you’re unsure where to take your child for skin care, it’s best to expect a certain amount of waiting, but once you receive the care yourself, I think you’ll understand why there are so many people waiting. Even though the waiting can be difficult, I’m so satisfied with the doctor’s care that I still want to continue bringing my child here.

Going forward, instead of trying to lose as much as possible, I want to focus on maintaining the weight I’ve lost while also taking care of my overall health. After keeping consistent records for several months, I can definitely see how different things are now compared to when I started. It’s amazing that I’ve gone from 61.5kg to 44.3kg recently, but more than anything, I’m proudest that I didn’t give up along the way and kept managing my weight. For people like me who kept failing whenever they tried dieting alone or struggled with controlling their appetite, I think it could be worth getting a consultation at a clinic and trying a method that suits you, rather than simply starving yourself.
