I sought counseling for sleep disorders and early panic symptoms, and it was much more systematic and kind than I expected, providing me with great comfort. Recently, I have been taking a long time to fall asleep and waking up often during the night, leading to increased anxiety. In the counseling room, the doctor calmly listened to each of my symptoms, which helped to gradually stabilize my feelings. There were moments when my chest felt tight and I struggled to breathe due to panic symptoms; the doctor explained those details and made it easy to understand why such reactions occur. Especially, hearing that 'it's still in the early stage, so it can definitely improve' was very encouraging. The treatment plan was explained step-by-step, which clarified how to manage things moving forward, and I received practical advice that would help, from lifestyle habits to small stress management techniques. Overall, I was able to have a consultation in a very kind and comfortable atmosphere, and I left feeling much lighter, thinking it was definitely a good decision to visit.

I was suffering a lot with my rhinitis and nasal congestion, maybe due to the weather, and I wasn't sleeping well. I decided to visit the nearby Cheongdan Udeok Internal Medicine Clinic. I’ve had issues with rhinitis before, but this time I couldn't stop coughing, and I just couldn't take it anymore. The atmosphere of the hospital felt neat and organized, which made a great first impression and put me at ease. After checking in and waiting a bit, I got to see the director, who listened attentively to each of my symptoms, which reassured me. He didn't just hand me some medication; he also provided thorough advice on what to be careful about in my daily habits and how to manage my rhinitis, which really felt professional. After taking the prescribed medication for a few days, my nasal congestion was much less, and the foreign sensation that was going down my throat is greatly improved. The coughing had even made my chest muscles sore, but now it's much easier to breathe. I appreciated that he clearly explained only the necessary parts of the treatment without any unnecessary interventions. Every time my nose feels stuffy, using the rhinitis spray really helps relieve the discomfort.

I visited through a friend's recommendation, and since the doctor is so well-known, I had high expectations even before the consultation. I often felt my upper body lacked volume, which affected the fit of my clothes, and with an important event coming up, I decided to undergo breast surgery. During the consultation, the doctor explained how they would use Motiva implants to create a natural line that reflected my body shape and desired look, which made me trust their expertise. I appreciated that instead of just emphasizing a larger size, they considered the overall proportions. They provided detailed guidance about the surgery process in advance, which really helped ease my nerves. Initially, there was some tightness and discomfort after the surgery, but as time passed, everything settled into a more natural position, and the swelling gradually went down, allowing the lines to refine. Now, I can definitely feel a significant change in how my clothes fit, and I also sense a more feminine overall vibe, so I’m very satisfied. The time I spent worrying about this decision makes me appreciate the results even more.

A few days ago, I started having a mild fever and felt easily fatigued, so I went to see an internal medicine doctor. After waiting, I was seen and they asked me when the symptoms started, how my recent meals and sleep have been, and if I was taking any medication, going through everything step by step. They examined my throat and chest with a stethoscope and then conducted the necessary tests before explaining my current health status. While reviewing the test results, they clearly guided me on whether there was an immediate concern and what might be causing my symptoms. They explained when I should take the prescribed medication, and they also emphasized the importance of staying hydrated, resting, and managing my meals for recovery. After the consultation, I had some additional questions, and they answered them in a way that was easy to understand, which was really helpful. It was reassuring to identify the cause of my issues and receive appropriate prescriptions when I wasn't feeling well. The entire consultation process was calm and made me feel comfortable.

I visited Wibareun Internal Medicine because I was continuously experiencing chest pain and suspected a rib fracture. I was really worried that something could be wrong, but the doctor calmly and kindly explained my current symptoms and why tests were necessary, which made me feel much more at ease. They also quickly carried out the CT and X-ray tests, and explained the results in an easy-to-understand way, which helped put my mind at rest. I was especially impressed by how thorough the reception desk staff were. They meticulously guided me through the testing process, waiting times, and subsequent treatment schedules, and they kindly answered any questions I had, which allowed me to receive care without discomfort. The hospital’s interior was also well-maintained, and I felt an overall sense of a systematic approach. Choosing a hospital is crucial when you're unwell, and thanks to the kindness of the medical staff and the attentive responses from the reception staff, I felt assured. This is a hospital I would want to return to whenever I need pain management in the future.

Lately, my lethargy has become so severe that just putting on my shoes in the morning feels overwhelming, and I’ve been hit with anxiety for no reason, making it hard to start my day. I reached my limit while trying to cope alone and went for a consultation, but from the very beginning, they listened calmly without rushing to label my condition, which eased my mind. They explained in simple terms why I was feeling this lethargy and anxiety and what signals my body and mind are sending, which made me feel relieved that I wasn’t the only one going through this. After the consultation, they determined that my condition was severe enough to disrupt my daily life, so we decided to proceed with medication and weekly counseling. They started me on the lowest dose of medication and adjusted it based on how my body was responding, and they provided specific methods to cope when anxiety arose. After a few days, I began to feel the chest-tightening anxiety gradually subside, and I noticed my lethargy easing as well. Above all, the care here was not formal; they tailored the treatment plan to my pace, which was definitely different from other hospitals. I felt satisfied knowing I could continue my visits without feeling burdened.

I felt tightness in my chest and had difficulty taking deep breaths, so I visited out of concern. At first, I was more nervous since it was a thoracic surgery department, but the overall atmosphere was calm from the reception, so it wasn't as daunting as I expected. There were a few people waiting, but it didn’t feel like I was waiting endlessly, and the order was relatively well maintained. When I talked about my symptoms in the exam room, they asked detailed questions about when it started, whether I was in pain, and if it affected my daily life. A basic examination was done along with the physical check, and they explained the results right away, honestly discussing my current condition and reassuring me that there wasn't a major issue. I appreciated that they didn't scare me with unnecessary warnings, just pointed out what was necessary. However, the explanations were rather concise, so it's better to ask questions directly if you have any, and the waiting time isn’t exactly short, so it’s best to go with some extra time. Nonetheless, I got the impression that this is a place I can trust for clean, thorough care without unnecessary tests or excessive treatments.

Recently, my insomnia returned strongly, and I found myself experiencing bouts of unexplained heart palpitations, which prompted me to visit the Open Mind Psychiatry Clinic. Having had similar experiences in the past made me more anxious, but they listened attentively to my situation in the consultation room and thoroughly checked my sleep patterns, stress factors, and daily habits, which calmed me down a bit. The treatment was focused on restoring the quality of my sleep. They started me on a low dose of sleep aids and medications to help reduce anxiety, while also providing specific guidance on sleep hygiene. They explained how to maintain a regular bedtime, reduce smartphone use before sleep, and practice breathing relaxation techniques, helping me implement these strategies effectively. They also mentioned that if needed, counseling could be combined, and I appreciated that they were patient and didn't interrupt me while I spoke. Unlike other places where consultations felt rushed, here they showed empathy and offered realistic solutions, making me feel much more secure. After starting the medication, I noticed a definite reduction in the time it took me to fall asleep, and my palpitations have significantly lessened.

Due to my habit of enjoying late-night snacks and lying down right after eating, I started feeling a strange sensation in my throat and a burning pain around my chest area one day. At first, I thought it would pass quickly, so I tried to endure it, but the symptoms worsened, and I eventually visited a local internal medicine clinic. When I explained my symptoms to the doctor, he said they were typical of gastroesophageal reflux disease and recommended an endoscopy to confirm my condition. The test results showed mild inflammation in the lower esophagus, and I was prescribed medication to suppress stomach acid production and regulate gastric motility. I took the medication 30 minutes before breakfast, and within about three days, the heartburn noticeably decreased. However, the doctor advised me to continue taking the medication consistently until the mucous membrane fully healed, even if the symptoms went away. Additionally, correcting my habits was just as important as the medication. It seemed crucial to avoid lying down for three hours after eating and to cut back on caffeine, spicy foods, and flour products. After taking the medication for about a month and changing my habits, I can now sleep very comfortably without any strange sensations.

I was seeing Dr. Jang Jaeyong at the Bright Eye Clinic, but he was on vacation this time, so I had an appointment with Dr. Kim Kyungjin. When I visit the hospital, they do various tests like vision tests, eye pressure checks, and dilation retinal scans. I had severe dry eye syndrome, but this time I felt good because my eyes seemed to have improved and I wasn't uncomfortable anymore. However, suddenly they told me the cataract had worsened, and my heart sank... Now some time has passed and I've calmed down a bit... I was prescribed Gariuni three times a day additionally. They told me to wear sunglasses and a hat. I usually wear a hat all the time, but just two months ago they didn't say anything, and now they say my cataract got worse suddenly, and I just don't know what to do... I'm putting in the eye drops regularly, but... About ten years ago, they mentioned there was a slight cataract in my left eye, but it was fine, and just a few years ago they told me the same thing... Now suddenly both eyes have worsened, and they said I would need surgery later, so I feel upset and frustrated. I visit every six months for regular check-ups, but for almost the last two years, I've been going every two months, and then suddenly they spring this on me... Is this even possible?...

Before my shoulder surgery, I had a carotid ultrasound and was told there was a problem, so I started taking blood thinners. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve been having various tests done here and there. This time, it was time for both my national health screening and another carotid ultrasound, so I had the tests done. I’ve been going to Bareun Internal Medicine for nearly 20 years, and the doctor is always so kind and considerate. As a patient, I’m very satisfied. They also have a screening center, which makes things very convenient and is really nice. If I had to mention a downside, there are so many patients that you absolutely have to make an appointment, and it takes quite a long time, which can be tiring. But I trust the hospital, so it’s something I’m willing to put up with. Since national health screenings are provided, I can get checked regularly, and diseases can be detected in advance. I think it’s really beneficial, especially in this era when people are living to be 100. As I went through today’s screening, I strongly felt that if you get checked regularly, detect problems early, and receive treatment promptly, it can make a real difference in your quality of life. More than anything, I thought that I should try not to make things harder for the people around me. I’m so thankful that my condition was discovered by chance while I was having shoulder surgery. It really makes my heart sink when I think about it. Still, I’ve been taking care of my health by having regular checkups, taking medication, and exercising. During today’s examination, I wanted to thank everyone at the hospital and let them know how grateful I am.

I took my child to the pediatrician with worries about repeated coughing at night. During the day, things were fine, but once lying down at night, the cough got worse, and clear snot kept dripping. I was anxious that it might have gone down into the bronchial tubes. After checking in, they took the child's temperature and oxygen saturation first, and I felt a bit relieved when they said the numbers were stable. In the exam room, they asked detailed questions about when the symptoms started, the highest fever, whether it was a dry cough or a productive cough, and if the coughing was worse in the early morning. They also checked if there was a cold outbreak at daycare. Using a stethoscope, they listened to the chest and back to check the breathing sounds and said there was no wheezing. They explained that the throat was slightly red, but there was no pus in the tonsils. For now, it seemed unlikely to be bronchitis or pneumonia, and they said the postnasal drip could be causing the coughing at night. They mentioned that antibiotics weren't necessary and suggested focusing on relieving the symptoms. They prescribed medication based on the child's weight and provided detailed information on how often to give it. They advised to keep the child hydrated at night and to manage indoor humidity, which was important. The moment I heard it wasn't a serious illness, all the tension left my body, and I felt reassured by how attentively they were observing my child's condition.

I had been coughing continuously for several days. It was somewhat tolerable during the day, but it became noticeably worse when I lay down at night. Whenever I tried to fall asleep, the coughing would start again, and after waking up several times, I continued to feel heavy and exhausted in the mornings. At first, I thought it was just a cold and tried to ignore it, but it lasted for nearly a week, so I visited Internal Medicine. In the examination room, they first asked when the cough had started and what time of day it was worst. They also checked whether I was bringing up phlegm and whether my throat felt scratchy or uncomfortable. When I told them it was especially bad at night, they made sure to ask about that again as well. Afterward, they listened to my breathing with a stethoscope, checking both the front and back of my chest. The examination was more thorough than I expected, which put me at ease. After the examination, I was prescribed medication suited to my current symptoms. I was also told to drink small amounts of water frequently, since a dry throat can make coughing more uncomfortable. I monitored my condition for a few days while taking the medication, and the cough that had continued nonstop at first gradually decreased. I also definitely woke up less often during the night. I had been extremely worn out from not sleeping properly for several days, but once my symptoms settled down, everyday life became much easier. What stood out to me most was that they didn’t just brush off my symptoms and took the time to check everything one by one.

While my child was happily running around and playing at kindergarten, they accidentally hit their forehead on the corner of a desk, causing a deep cut. I was so shocked and terrified as a parent when I saw their bleeding forehead. Worried that it might leave a scar, I looked into several places and eventually found Seoul Mothers Plastic Surgery. When we arrived at the hospital, my child was very startled and scared, but the medical staff calmly explained everything at a level my child could understand and kept comforting them, which helped them gradually calm down. They were also incredibly attentive during the thorough cleaning and stitching of the wound, making sure my child felt as comfortable as possible. The cut was so deep that it ultimately required as many as 30 stitches, but thanks to the precise closure they performed to minimize scarring, I feel much more reassured now. Raising a child made me realize once again that unexpected accidents can happen at any time, and I also learned how reassuring it is to have a hospital you can trust in moments like this. I sincerely thank the medical staff at Seoul Mothers Plastic Surgery for taking such thoughtful care of both my frightened child and me. I hope it continues to be a hospital we can visit with confidence without worrying about our child's skin scars in the future.

When my child was not eating as well as usual and was sniffing a lot, I initially thought it was just a light cold. However, after about two days, the nasal congestion got worse, and he started breathing through his mouth more often. At night, he kept waking up while trying to sleep, so I decided to visit the pediatrician. After arriving at the hospital and checking in, we measured my child's temperature and weight. In the examination room, the doctor first looked into his throat to check for any swelling or inflammation, and also examined his ears. Then, while checking his nose, the doctor looked at the condition of the discharge and listened to his chest and back with a stethoscope to check his breathing sounds. The doctor also asked in detail about any allergy symptoms my child usually has and whether he had any friends who missed school due to a cold recently. During the examination, the doctor noticed that my child kept sniffing and explained what was causing his discomfort. I was advised to keep the air at home from being too dry and to encourage regular hydration. They informed me to ensure he takes his medication consistently at the prescribed times. Additionally, I was told to seek further medical attention if he started running a fever or had severe coughing. Throughout the visit, the doctor treated my child gently, which made him not afraid of the examination, and as a guardian, it was a helpful visit in understanding his current condition.

After experiencing severe workplace bullying and abuse of power, I started noticing that my body would react before my mind did. At first, I thought it was just stress, but one day I began feeling tightness in my chest and having trouble breathing on my way to work. Then, on crowded subways or during meetings, my heart would suddenly start racing and my hands would shake. I tried to endure it on my own, but eventually felt like I couldn’t go on, so I visited a psychiatric clinic. The atmosphere was less stiff than I expected, and they listened to me calmly, which was reassuring. As I explained the situation I had been through and went over my symptoms one by one, they mentioned that I might be experiencing panic symptoms and also explained in simple terms why these reactions could happen. The medication didn’t feel like they were automatically putting me on something very strong; they adjusted it while monitoring my condition, so I felt less burdened. I’m not completely better yet, but at least I came to understand that “this isn’t something strange—it might be a condition that needs treatment,” and my anxiety has eased a little compared with when I was dealing with it alone. Right now, I’m still at the stage of starting to manage it rather than feeling completely cured, so I’m continuing to go regularly. I feel that getting help is the right thing to do instead of just enduring it and brushing it off like I used to. I’ve quit my job and am currently undergoing treatment. I’m thinking of this as taking a break in life.

My child had a high fever close to 39 degrees all night and was very lethargic, so I was really worried from the early morning. I went straight to the pediatric clinic first thing in the morning, and from the moment I checked in, they took the time to look at my child's condition, which reassured me. In the examination room, they calmly asked about when the fever started, how much my child was eating, the frequency of urination, and any other unusual symptoms. It felt like they were looking at my child's overall condition, not just the fever, which made me trust them more. After the examination, they thoroughly checked my child's throat, ears, and chest, and they explained that it seemed to be a viral infection in simple terms. They reassured us that it wasn't necessary to conduct any major tests right away and provided detailed information on how to care for my child at home, which was really helpful. They explained how to use the fever reducer and what to do if the fever came back, so I didn't feel anxious going home. The fact that they only conducted the minimal necessary tests and prescriptions made me feel more confident than at other hospitals. After taking the prescribed medicine, my child started to smile a bit after about half a day, and by the next day, the fever had dropped significantly. I was most satisfied that they didn't push for injections or strong treatments but judged based on my child's condition. Above all, the way they interacted with my child was gentle and warm, so my child didn't cry and received the treatment well. It’s a pediatric clinic that I can trust in urgent situations, so I plan to continue going there.

I’m leaving a review of my visit for the flu-like cold that hit me harder than anything I’ve ever experienced in my life. The muscle aches were so severe that it felt like my whole body had been beaten with a heavy blunt object, and when I put my hand on my forehead, I was burning up so badly that I felt dizzy and the room started spinning. On top of that, my chest felt sore from coughing nonstop, and my throat was so full of phlegm that even swallowing saliva was frightening. My nose was also running constantly, so I remember spending the whole time with tissues stuffed completely up my nose. Since it was obvious that over-the-counter medicine from the pharmacy wasn’t going to fix it on my own, I bundled up in a mask and went to a nearby clinic. After I told the doctor everything about the symptoms I had experienced a month earlier, they diagnosed me with severe respiratory inflammation accompanied by full-body flu-like aches, rather than just a simple sore throat and cold that would pass on its own. They also prescribed a stomach protectant so the medicine wouldn’t irritate my stomach, and I received nebulizer breathing treatment at the clinic right away to help clear the phlegm. I took all the prescribed medicine diligently and slept like a corpse all weekend. Thankfully, I recovered and started feeling like myself again. The doctor told me that if I had waited even a little longer, it could have progressed into pneumonia or bronchitis. I remember thinking how glad I was that I had gone to the clinic early. It was an experience that made me painfully realize that when my body sends warning signs, the right thing to do is get examined instead of stubbornly trying to tough it out.

I had been going through a really difficult time for several months with heartburn and indigestion because of acid reflux esophagitis, so I visited Gaya Internal Medicine Clinic on the recommendation of someone I know. During my first visit, the doctor asked detailed questions about each of my symptoms and explained the necessary tests and treatment plan step by step in an easy-to-understand way. That really gave me confidence in the clinic. After consistently taking the medication I was prescribed and also following the lifestyle management advice I was given, my heartburn noticeably improved—almost surprisingly so—and the tightness in my chest got much better as well. In the past, I had trouble starting my day because acid would come back up every morning and I felt a tightness in the pit of my stomach, but these days I wake up feeling much more comfortable. What I especially liked was that they start seeing patients at 8:30 a.m. Most clinics open at 9, which often overlaps with commuting time and makes it difficult to get treatment, but Gaya Internal Medicine Clinic opens early, so I was able to stop by for an appointment before going to work. From a working person’s perspective, this kind of thoughtful consideration was a huge help. If you’re dealing with acid reflux esophagitis or other gastrointestinal issues, I definitely recommend visiting Gaya Internal Medicine Clinic.
