As I’ve gotten older, I’ve become more concerned about my skin’s elasticity and texture, as well as sagging in my face. I regularly get facial lifting treatments, and they definitely seem to help with maintaining my skin’s firmness and defining my jawline. The Plastic Surgery clinic I visited this time for a Thread Lift was close to a subway station, so it was easy to get there by public transportation. I especially felt comfortable going there because the board-certified plastic surgeon personally checked my facial condition and handled the Thread Lift consultation and procedure. This time, I had the Thread Lift mainly around my cheeks and jawline. They applied anesthesia before the procedure, and I waited for about 20 minutes before it began. Since it involves inserting threads into the face, I was worried about how painful it would be, but because the procedure was done after anesthesia, it was more manageable than I expected. After the Thread Lift was finished, I tidied up my face in the powder room, listened to the instructions about precautions, and left. There may be some swelling or a tight feeling immediately after the procedure, but I didn’t experience any major inconvenience in my daily life. However, I was told to avoid pressing hard on or massaging my face, and to be careful at first about opening my mouth too wide or doing strenuous exercise.

In my teenage years, I had severe acne scars that left my skin uneven, which really affected my self-esteem. I tried treatments like Fraxel and Juvederm, along with regeneration injections, but they only made a small difference and didn't provide dramatic results. I felt that there were limitations to just using lasers, so this time I decided to undergo a combination treatment with new skin needles and Juvederm for the depressions, along with Silhouette lifting for the elasticity and wrinkles. The new skin needle treatment really hurt a lot, but I managed to endure it, haha. The other treatments like Juvederm and Silhouette lifting were more bearable than I expected, so that was fine. During the first week, I had quite a bit of bruising and marks, so if you have important events coming up, I recommend adjusting your schedule accordingly. It has been two weeks since the treatment (or right after the treatment), and I already see some promising changes in skin texture and elasticity. I hope this helps those of you who, like me, have been dealing with long-standing acne scars and concerns about aging. I will keep monitoring my progress and share a detailed review later!

This is a dermatology clinic recommended by a friend who lives in the U.S. ^^ I had no idea this hidden gem of a skin clinic was here in the country, so I inquired about the Aura lifting and Oligio, and I’ll be getting the procedure done soon~~

ONDA Lifting + Cut Slim injection / Kim Yoon-byung / It was tolerable during the procedure, and there was a slight burning sensation on the day of the treatment, but it didn't interfere with my daily life. Personally, I'm relatively satisfied with the results.
