I had my wisdom tooth removed at Smile Line Dental Clinic near Eonju Station. It was an impacted wisdom tooth, so food kept getting stuck and brushing didn’t help much, causing pain. They explained in detail and kindly that it could decay and pose risks since it was close to the nerve. I was really worried about needing the extraction, but the doctor calmly consulted with me, which made it easier to trust and make a decision. When I mentioned that I was afraid of the gum injection, the doctor kindly warned me by saying, 'The injection is coming, it will sting,' which made me feel much calmer. During the treatment, they kept asking if I was in pain or okay and did their best to minimize any discomfort, for which I am really grateful. The nurses were all kind and attentive, so I was able to receive treatment comfortably from start to finish.

I found this clinic while searching for a top doctor for Sculptra and Ultherapy. The head doctor was actively writing on a blog (which seemed separate from the clinic's official blog), and it was filled with sincere and professional content rather than the usual copy-paste type of posts. This motivated me to decide to go to this clinic. In other clinics, I typically spent a long time talking with the consultation manager, and only briefly met the doctor during the procedure. However, here, the doctor follows the basic protocol of consulting with patients, which I really appreciated. The procedure I was initially set on was deemed unnecessary by the doctor, who recommended a different one, allowing me to save money in the process. It's an ethical clinic. Due to its specialists in the area, the top doctor status, and the availability of anesthesia during procedures, I plan to get my Ultherapy, Thermage, and Sculptra treatments done here.

First of all, I want to thank Dr. Park Se*, the female doctor who performed the Fraxel and Rejuran procedure today. She was thorough and really put her heart into it. She paid attention to each wound and conducted the consultation very well. Among all the doctors I've seen at various hospitals, she stands out for her meticulousness. Especially, she added extra care for the deeper wounds and remembered everything, treating me from the patient's perspective. This is my third session with Fraxel, exosomes, and Rejuran, and I really hope for good results. The state of my skin has been quite good right after the procedure, and I hope it continues to improve over time. From the initial consultation perspective, it would be great if they could provide more detailed explanations and reasons for recommendations in areas that patients may not be aware of.

I went for a health check-up and since I've been feeling uncomfortable and have been having a lot of gas lately, I got a prescription. The results of my endoscopy showed nothing major, but I've been dealing with the gas for a few months now. There's also some heartburn, and although they keep saying everything looks clean during the endoscopy, I can’t get rid of the gas, which makes me not want to eat much at all. I just have one meal in the morning. I wonder if it's due to my eating habits. However, I wouldn't really recommend this hospital because the reception staff aren't very friendly... The woman who does the breast cancer screenings (I remember she had short hair) was really kind and helpful. Also, I had to do a blood test with a female nurse, and she was very friendly too. I understand that they might be dealing with elderly patients most of the time and might find it annoying, but I hope they can show a bit more care. I work with people too, so I get it, but it would be nice if they could pay a little more attention.

It's a small clinic, but it's become incredibly famous for relieving pain with just a bit of discomfort. In the waiting room, there are a lot of humorous but scary quotes written on the walls. The chuna treatment is really painful, but they say if you go through it, you'll feel better. I've been having constant back pain, and just stretching or sitting for a while causes severe pain. Lately, it's gotten worse to the point where even changing my posture or walking feels awkward, so I couldn't put it off any longer and went for an open run. Still, it took about two and a half hours to wait, and hearing the sounds of people in the treatment room in pain was tough, but I'm really glad I went. I received acupuncture, cupping, and chuna treatment from the head doctor. Both the doctor and the nurses were all kind, even in the midst of their busyness. The treatment was really painful, but my walk felt different afterward, and the level of pain was different the next day. I want to keep getting treated and finally get completely better this time.

I went in for a consultation about jawline Botox, and it was a truly satisfying experience. From the very beginning of the consultation, the consultation manager carefully examined my face and even accurately picked up on my concern about sagging cheeks—something I hadn’t mentioned myself—which really surprised me. She recommended getting a Facial Contouring Injection along with the jaw Botox, and since it was an area I’d been self-conscious about, I felt that coming in for the consultation was absolutely the right decision. I’m currently waiting and looking forward to seeing the results. Before the procedure, the doctor explained each step in a calm and gentle manner, which quickly helped me relax even though I had been nervous. It was my first time, so I was a little scared, but thanks to the doctor’s calm guidance, I was able to get the procedure done comfortably without feeling anxious. I was worried it would hurt, but I was surprised by how much less painful it was than I expected. I could tell that they were attentive and careful throughout the entire process, from the consultation to the procedure, which made me feel I could trust them. Since I’m also looking forward to the results, this is a clinic I’d like to visit again. I would definitely recommend it to people I know.

I visited Choroong Pediatrics because my child had a runny nose, and I'm leaving a review because I was really satisfied. My child had been dealing with a bad runny nose and a stuffy nose for a few days, making them uncomfortable, so we decided to go. Upon arrival, the waiting area had a lot of books, which helped keep my child entertained and comfortable during the wait. The reception staff were also so friendly that I felt at ease even though it was our first visit. The doctor carefully examined my child and provided a detailed explanation of the causes and symptoms of the runny nose, along with tailored prescriptions and management methods. My child was a bit nervous, but the doctor spoke gently and made sure to keep my child comfortable throughout the consultation, which eased my worries. After the visit, we were given tips on nasal care and precautions we could take at home, which significantly helped with recovery. It was a great place where my child could comfortably receive treatment. Since it's close to home and Dr. Lee is so wonderful, we've decided to settle here for pediatric care.

I used to hear a lot of comments about looking too gaunt every time I lost weight and looked in the mirror or met people. As I lost weight, my facial bones became more pronounced, giving me a strong impression, which bothered me, so I decided to get fillers. I found out there was a skilled doctor for fillers in Guwol-dong, so I went to see them. Right away, they recommended what treatment would be good for my face, which made me feel reassured. It was painful and a bit scary, but I am pleased with the changes in my facial shape. They also provided touch-ups for the areas that needed it during the molding process, which I appreciated. My friends may not notice a drastic change, but they say I look prettier! The natural transformation was exactly what I was aiming for. I also definitely want to get skin treatments and Botox at Honey's! The experience with the doctor is different from that of a factory-style clinic~

I've had this ongoing pain and swelling in my ankle for a few days, so I finally went to an orthopedic clinic. It was my first visit, and I was a little nervous, but as soon as I checked in, the nurse kindly asked me step by step what was hurting and how it felt, which put me at ease. When I entered the consultation room, the doctor carefully pressed and moved my ankle to check the painful areas. Instead of just saying, 'Let's take an X-ray,' he asked in detail when the pain started, how I got injured, and if I exercise regularly. It was great because instead of using medical jargon, he explained things in a way I could easily understand, using analogies. He showed me the X-ray results and reassured me that the ligaments were just slightly stretched, so thankfully it wasn't a fracture. The physical therapy staff were always friendly, helping me with my posture and making sure to tell me to speak up if I felt any pain. The waiting time wasn’t long, and overall, I felt well taken care of, so if I ever have any health issues again, I'd want to go back to this clinic.

Silver Lining Clinic... is honestly the friendliest among all the hospitals I go to; it's like being with family! It feels less like a hospital and more like visiting good people. Every time I go, I feel bad to show up empty-handed, so I always make sure to bring snacks or Starbucks gift cards! I’ve only been going there for less than a year, but because I visit so often, I’ve formed a bond with them, and they’re always so nice that it just naturally happens! To be honest, this is the first time in my life encountering a place that’s this friendly! It’s not just polite; they remember and care for each person, which makes me feel happy every time I visit! The two desk staff, besides the manager, seem to have 'friendliness' written on their faces. The director is incredibly nice to the point where it feels unreal! He explains everything in detail, and you can feel that he considers patients first, which builds trust. There’s no pushy advice, and he’s both fun and skilled. I work in service training, so I tend to pay close attention to response and attitude as a kind of occupational hazard. But here, it’s truly beyond evaluation! A perfect score of 100 out of 100, and the director deserves even more than that. It really makes you realize how warm a hospital can be, so I plan to keep coming back. Even if I just pass by nearby, I find myself stopping in for a cup of tea and a quick hello! Highly recommend, highly recommend!! ♡

I visited Prime Orthopedics because of shoulder pain, and to get straight to the point, I was extremely satisfied with my visit. My shoulder had been feeling stiff and uncomfortable for a while, so I decided to come in. The building itself was very clean and pleasant, which made an excellent first impression. From the moment I checked in, the staff welcomed me with such bright smiles and kindness that my nervousness quickly melted away. The waiting area was spacious and well organized, which made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. For my examination, I first had an X-ray taken. The process was quick and well organized, so I didn’t have to wait long before seeing the doctor. The doctor carefully explained the condition of my shoulder in a way that was easy to understand while reviewing the X-ray results. Fortunately, there was no major problem—just early-stage shoulder inflammation. The doctor warmly reassured me that I would get better soon if I continued receiving physical therapy. I trusted the doctor even more because of the honest, kind consultation without any unnecessary treatment. I then went to the physical therapy room for treatment. The physical therapist accurately identified the painful areas in my shoulder and gently loosened the tight muscles. I was touched by how carefully they continued checking to make sure I wasn’t uncomfortable during the treatment. After completing the physical therapy, my weighed-down shoulder felt incredibly light, as if the pain had never been there. The inflammation-related pain has now completely disappeared, and I’m going about my daily life feeling refreshed and comfortable.

A few days ago, I went to Yang Eun Soo Internal Medicine near my home because my throat was scratchy and I felt some body aches. I usually worry about long waits at local clinics, or that the consultation ends too quickly, but I felt that this place had a well-organized system. First, the head doctor listened to my concerns without interrupting. He carefully checked when I first had a fever and whether I had any side effects from the medication, paying close attention to my throat and also inspecting it thoroughly. Instead of dismissing it as a common cold, he explained in comparison with current prevalent symptoms, which made me feel much more at ease. The prescription was not excessive, and it seemed tailored to necessary components. He notified me in advance that the medication might make me drowsy, showing great attention to detail. The clinic's facilities were adequately clean and appeared well-maintained. However, since I visited in the morning, many patients were there, so registration and waiting took longer than I expected. Still, the nurses kindly guided me through the queue, and I was able to wait calmly. I would moderately recommend this place to those looking for a reliable family doctor in the area. After taking medication and resting for a few days, I have recovered a lot.

Lately, my teeth have been so sensitive just from drinking cold water that it was uncomfortable in my daily life. So I finally went to Min Woo Seok Dental Clinic for a consultation. From the start, they thoroughly conducted cold air tests and X-ray examinations to find the specific cause of my pain, which made me feel confident about their care. They explained that the sensitivity in my teeth was due to my gums receding a bit, exposing the roots. The treatment involved applying a resin protective layer, and the numbing was done so well that I felt comfortable throughout the process. After the treatment, they even had me do a cold water gargle test and reassured me that if I felt uncomfortable, they would make immediate adjustments. You could really feel that they care about their patients.

I visited because my throat was hurting a lot and it was hard to swallow, but both the doctor and the nurses were really kind, so I felt good during my examination. Even though there were a lot of patients and they were busy, I felt reassured by how they listened to my symptoms until the end. The throat area disinfection was done smoothly and painlessly, so I felt comfortable despite being quite nervous. When I mentioned that my stomach is usually weak during the prescription of medication, they also took care to provide me with digestive medicine and explained how to take it in an easy-to-understand way. The hospital itself was clean, and the waiting system was well organized, making it a pleasant experience. If you’re considering an ENT nearby, I would highly recommend this place! First of all, the doctor didn’t recommend unnecessary supplements or expensive tests, which put my mind at ease. They thoroughly examined my current condition with a nasal endoscopy and kindly provided me with self-care tips that I can do at home, which were very helpful. Above all, the nasal washing and suction treatment in the procedure room were incredibly meticulous. Thanks to the detailed examination, my stuffy nose cleared up quickly. The medication seemed to suit me well, and I improved rapidly. It was definitely not a waste of waiting time. I recently visited because my rhinitis and pharyngitis symptoms worsened, and I was really satisfied with the care I received. The best part was that they showed me my nose and throat condition on the screen with the endoscopy camera and explained everything in detail. Especially, the suction treatment, which could be called the flower of ENT, was truly art. They accurately addressed the blocked areas without causing any pain, and as soon as I left the examination room, it became much easier to breathe. When I mentioned my concern about drowsiness during the medication prescription, they carefully adjusted the ingredients, and I was impressed by the fact that they only performed necessary tests without any excessive treatment. There was a bit of a wait, but I would definitely come back again 200%!

I made an appointment for a national health check-up and went for my initial consultation. This time, I was referred by a friend to try my first colonoscopy, and it turned out that this hospital is also designated for my husband's workplace health check-ups. I went for a preliminary consultation to get advice before the endoscopy and to receive medications. There weren't too many people, but the wait time was quite long. Below are some of the discomforts I experienced. In short, it was about an unfriendly explanation and attitude from one of the nurses... While waiting for my appointment with Dr. #3, I was informed that he was busy with an endoscopy and that the wait would take longer. So I asked if I could see Dr. #6 instead, but I was told I would have to wait just as long. I then requested to be seen by whomever was available sooner, and I ended up having my first preliminary consultation (to discuss my current health and the reason for the endoscopy) with Dr. #7. After that, there was another consultation with a nurse to get the medication for the colonoscopy, but she asked me the same questions that the doctor had just asked: the reason for the endoscopy, the medications I currently take, etc. It was unclear whether she was not checking my chart or just reconfirming, but amidst that, she asked if I was still seeing the original doctor I had booked with. (I told her I had my initial consultation with another doctor today, and she asked if I wanted to stick with the next available doctor.) She responded somewhat dismissively, saying, 'Oh, then you'll have to redo the initial consultation…' And mentioned that not all doctors perform the endoscopy. So, isn't it logical that the doctors for the 1) consultation, 2) the endoscopy, and 3) the result explanation should all be the same? Even though I had made an appointment with Dr. #3, they said I had to stick with him when I ended up seeing Dr. #7 due to his busyness... (But if I see Dr. #3, wouldn't I have to have another consultation because I didn't have the initial one? This raised a lot of questions in my mind, but I thought it would just drag the conversation and ruin my mood, so I didn’t ask. I think for others visiting for the first time, it would be right for them to explain the situation properly, as the hospital's system is something they understand but customers do not. When such cases arise, doesn’t it seem unnecessary and redundant to waste time? A lot of questions come to mind.) I thought that it might not matter if the doctors in stages 1 and 2 were different, but without clear explanations, the communication became tangled. There was an uncomfortable vibe between Nurse <Kim Mi-sook> and me, so I just expressed my preferred doctor and confirmed whether they would be the one to perform the endoscopy. I don't understand why there was such reluctance... Perhaps it's because they're overwhelmed with work and things are just hectic... sigh... When I received the consent forms, I understood, but without any explanation, I asked, 'Who usually explains the potential side effects?' and she simply replied, 'They just do it.' I was taken aback that a nurse with several years of experience would say that about the consent forms... Anyway, the wait for my consultation was about 45 minutes, the actual consultation lasted maybe 2 minutes? After receiving my medication from the nurse, it was just a little over an hour that had passed... I get that they’re busy, but the waiting room wasn’t even that crowded... I understood the waiting part because it was written in the notice, and I appreciated that the nurses came to inform us gently about the delays. When they asked if I wanted to switch to another doctor, I didn't mind that at all and was fine with it... However, talking to Nurse Kim Mi-sook left me feeling quite frustrated. There was no sense of customer service, and during important explanations, it felt rushed and labored. When I asked about the medication I needed to take before the endoscopy or any precautions, I struggled to receive an immediate answer... I felt really disappointed by that... I wonder how the inspection day will go... sigh... The nurses who handled other phone registrations or those at the front of the doctor's office seemed alright, but it looked like this one could use some training... The doctor who treated me didn’t leave much to be critiqued. As I mentioned above, he checked my current medications, my medical history, and the reasons for the endoscopy and created the chart, so there wasn’t anything particularly uncomfortable or sensitive; it was quite average. I'll provide additional feedback after the endoscopy and national health check-up.

We took our middle-school-aged daughter in for acne treatment and a laser treatment to remove peach fuzz. After extracting her acne, they gave her a disposable razor and told her to shave her entire face before the peach-fuzz removal... Does it make any sense to tell her to shave with a razor when her face had just been extracted and was covered in open pores? On top of that, they gave it to a child who had never used a razor before... Even adults say they cut themselves a lot shaving their mustaches, let alone on the face, which has so many curves... I also can't understand why they would give a minor a razor, and they didn't discuss it with us or ask for our consent even though the parents were clearly sitting in the waiting room... Of course, our daughter's face ended up completely wrecked... I asked to speak with the doctor, but they refused. The next day, the scarring on her face was so severe that I called the clinic and asked what we were supposed to do about it... I asked to consult with the doctor, but they refused again... Eventually, after I posted about it on Naver so other people could see it, they called me... I reported it through the online civil complaint system and arranged a time to visit with a public health center employee, but they snapped at the public health center worker, who was old enough to be his father, saying, “What are you doing bothering busy people?”... Excuse me... what about my child’s face? Am I not busy too? Do you think the public health center employees have nothing else to do and came here for fun???... They said that not getting parental consent was wrong, but that having her shave her face with a razor was not improper treatment at all... (We’re currently taking her to a local dermatologist for regenerative treatment, and the dermatologist said they couldn’t understand why anyone would tell her to remove hair with a razor immediately after acne extraction... Anyone with common sense can see that there’s a risk of infection, and obviously this shouldn’t have been done, right?)... The way they treated the public health center employees and the patient’s guardian was completely unacceptable... Their treatment caused our child to get hurt, yet instead of apologizing, they actually raised their voices at us... In the end, they reluctantly said, “Sorry, okay? Are you satisfied now?” We didn’t want to exchange another word with them, so we left. They said they would handle it through insurance, but it’s been almost a year and they still haven’t done it... At one point, the public health center told me the insurance claim still hadn’t been processed... I asked them to take care of it quickly, but they still haven’t. Now that I look at it, another verified post says that someone experienced severe eyelid drooping after getting Botox, and when they tried to speak with the doctor, they were refused as well... They eventually managed to have a consultation after waiting, but apparently the clinic reported them to the police for interfering with business, claiming they had yelled because they were offended by the patient’s attitude... I guess they handle everything this way. No matter how much of a factory it is, shouldn’t they be addressing and resolving patients’ concerns as they come up?..

I visited after almost two months. I went because I've been taking blood pressure medication, and my blood pressure came out low. The current medication I'm taking is already on the weaker side, but they prescribed me the least strong one again. I've also been eating poorly lately and lost a little weight, so they said that could be a factor. They asked if I've been feeling dizzy, and I told them I often do because of my anemia, but my anemia levels aren't that high. They said to take this new prescription for a month, and if my levels go down further, we might need to consider stopping the meds. Usually, I come in and get my blood pressure checked, but today I just felt really out of it, so I only picked up the prescription and left. The doctor and the nurse here are really kind. This is a place I've been going to for over 15 years. They always explain things clearly and make sure I understand, and they never seem annoyed by any questions I have. I'll come back in a month.
