It's a phrase you hear all the time, but you can tell if it's a heartfelt greeting or just a mechanical one. Even while waiting for my appointment, they ask about various things. How's your husband? How are the kids? The appointment time flies by, and if I see someone I know, we catch up with each other. I've been going to Dr. Park Eun-cheol's clinic for almost 30 years now, making him my local family doctor. Today, since I have high blood pressure, they checked my blood pressure on both arms and advised me to avoid salty and spicy foods. They also recommended that I at least walk for 30 minutes a day and provided me with a prescription.

I have my wedding in March, so I got Ulthera done in advance! I regularly get Ulthera treatments, but I added Thermage this time because of my wedding schedule✨ I compared prices with other places and chose this one because the price is reasonable, but I prioritize authentic products. I went in because my child fell and their leg was swollen. Since there were no hospitals open during the holiday, the wait was extremely long. The person taking X-rays was also seeing other patients, so that took the longest. The doctor and nurses were kind, so I didn’t have any issues. They said it was a fracture, gave me a CT referral to check the growth plate, and put on a half cast. I was so flustered that I just took whatever they gave me, but when I got home and checked the referral, I saw that they had only written “suspected fracture.” When I went back and asked for a fracture diagnosis certificate, they refused to issue one. They said it wasn’t possible because it wasn’t a definite diagnosis, and changed what they said by claiming they had only diagnosed it as a suspected fracture. I was a little upset... They also gave me a cast and an outdoor shoe that were the wrong sizes, so the shoe was too small and I had to exchange it.

I received an injection treatment while having an ultrasound. They said I need to get the same prescription as last time and will need 5 to 6 more treatments, which made me a bit depressed. They told me not to use my arm much, but how am I supposed to live without using my arm? ㅜㅜ

I feel like my cold is finally getting better. If I'm not completely cured, I need to keep going regularly, but when I feel okay, I skip appointments, and that just prolongs my suffering. It's not severe, but the symptoms keep lingering, making it tough. So this time, I've decided to really stick to the treatment until I'm sure I'm better. The doctor always takes great care of me, and they also pay attention to other aspects, so I feel comfortable going there. The nurses are consistently kind, which is so nice. Since I need to get a health check-up this year, I probably have to visit again soon. It's a hospital where I feel secure because the doctor really pays attention to me. I'm always grateful for that. I hope I won't have to go too often, though!

I went in feeling a bit under the weather, and there were a lot of people due to the holiday, so I had to wait. They didn’t do the flu test in the examination room, and the doctor moved around a lot, which made for a bit of a hassle as I had to wait and then move to another room again. They wrote down the types of IV treatments clearly, and since I wasn't feeling well, I asked for it, but it felt like they were hesitant to help, possibly because there wasn't enough time before the hospital closed. I eventually got the treatment, but it was given quite quickly and didn’t feel great. There were about six beds in a curtain room, so it wasn’t a private room (they advertise it as a private IV room, but I didn’t experience that). Other than emergencies on holidays, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I visited for the first time after getting a referral for lower abdominal issues from my internal medicine visit. There were quite a few people, and the place was large and well-facilitated. One of the nurses at the front was dozing off, so I couldn't ask her anything and had to request registration from another nurse. She used polite language but didn’t make any eye contact and only gave mechanical responses. Perhaps due to the number of patients, I didn’t feel much friendliness. Personally, there seemed to be a decent number of nurses compared to the patient count. When I entered the ultrasound room, they didn’t tell me anything about what to do beforehand. I think this is probably one of the biggest radiology clinics in Daegu. Aside from being close to home, I don’t really want to go back voluntarily.

I had 600 shots of Ultherapy and Thermage. I heard it would be painful, but why was it bearable?? It honestly didn’t hurt at all! I made a reservation for the first time on Friday afternoon and left around 6 PM. There were so many people! It seemed like more than half were foreigners. The service was a bit chaotic, I didn't feel it was unfriendly, but there were definitely a lot of people. I guess it's because it has a factory-like setup. It’s not super attentive one-on-one, but the prices are indeed cheap. It’s been about 10 days now, and I think the visible wrinkles and elasticity have slightly improved; still, it might take another 2-3 weeks to really see the effects, right? If I would visit again, I will think about it after seeing the results first.

I had heard that some people get other lifting treatments at the same time, but in my case, they said I could start with just Thermage, see the results, and then decide what to do next. So I only had one treatment. It’s not something that looks different right away after just one treatment. You have to watch the skin gradually become firmer over time, so I think it could be disappointing if you expect a major immediate change. For now, I’ve only noticed that the line under my jaw looks a little more defined, so I’m going to wait and see a bit longer before deciding on any additional treatment.

Also, a beautiful nurse with big eyes kept applying Vaseline on my lips during the treatment to keep them from drying out, which was so great since I could go through the treatment without chapped lips. At other dental clinics, they never paid attention to such details, and I always ended up with cracked skin around my lips. 😢 This clinic not only has excellent treatment skills but also pays attention to these small details, which makes me really satisfied. I would love to trust them with my mother's treatment later on. ^^

They also wrote me a referral to a university hospital, so I am now visiting the ophthalmologist regularly, and they suggested that I should have blood tests every 3 to 6 months, which I decided to do at Nabisaem Clinic. The doctor is very kind, and the nurses are also very friendly. They even wrote me a referral to the university hospital.

I've been really stressed lately and couldn't sleep, so I visited the clinic. There are a lot of patients, and it seems like you need to make an appointment. The one-on-one consultation was great, and I ended up getting a more expensive treatment than I intended. I was worried about my pores, but after hearing the explanation about the Fontaine laser treatment, I decided to try it once. I went to a dental clinic in Seoul and at first, I was a little scared. But the doctor spoke gently and explained everything one by one, so I gradually became less scared. I made sure to get all the vaccinations I had missed and went through all the necessary tests, so it felt great to finally have everything done. Plus, I was relieved to hear that all my screening results were normal. From now on, I’m determined to not forget my annual tests, and I'm so grateful for the care the doctor provided.

Dr. Go Jin-cheol was very thorough and kind. He treated my shoulder, elbow, and fingers with injections and took care to make them as painless as possible. The nurse saying, “It’ll sting!” was helpful. Physical therapist Seo Kyung-seok treated the areas that were hurting. I get cold easily, so he turned off the air conditioning and put a hot pack on my stomach, which kept me warm and comfortable. He also turned off the ceiling lights so they wouldn’t be too bright, and my eyes felt more comfortable. After the treatment, I was able to relax comfortably on the spinal massage machine. I made an appointment for 2 p.m. on September 21 next month and left. The hospital is close to my home, so it’s convenient to come and go, and I often visit for treatment. I feel good because my pain has decreased a lot.
