The doctors genuinely care for local seniors with colds and other illnesses, explaining everything in detail and treating patients with kindness. I’m 68 years old, and this is a clinic where I can receive care without worrying whenever something feels a little off with my body.

Hyesung Obstetrics and Gynecology is where I went for a health check-up~ I've had others recommend it to me frequently~ Overall, the nurses are kind and they do a thorough job checking each person, and when I had questions, they explained everything well~ My next check-up is coming up soon, and they even sent me a text, so I almost forgot about it~ I'm planning to go!

The treatment room is clean, and there’s also a place where you can brush your teeth. They even have drinks, haha. I came because I heard they don’t recommend unnecessary treatment, and they consulted with me beforehand about whether I had dental insurance and any other medical conditions. I had gone to another dental clinic but didn’t see any improvement, so I came here. Since things seemed okay for now, I just had dental scaling done.

The nurse is kind, and the doctor takes great care of patients, so I really like it.

I had been experiencing a sudden increase in urination, which was uncomfortable, so I visited the doctor. Suspecting benign prostatic hyperplasia, I was prescribed medication and we’ll consider an ultrasound and surgery or other options if there’s no improvement in two weeks. I’ll take the medicine diligently for now.

After receiving the Shurink treatment, I feel like my skin's elasticity has improved. The effects don't show immediately, but it's amazing how my skin becomes firmer and more elastic over time. I used to feel reluctant to go out because of sagging skin on my face, but now I'm gaining confidence. I guess I need to keep getting treatments, hehe.

I have been receiving treatment for high blood pressure and high cholesterol for the past 12 years. The doctor measures my blood pressure manually instead of using an automatic device to ensure accuracy. They also kindly provide detailed consultations about other conditions (like sleeping pills, EKGs, vaccinations, etc.). They are my primary care physician.

I made an appointment and visited on a weekday morning, and there were no patients waiting. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I had a consultation with the head consultant who thoroughly explained post-treatment precautions, the price, and details about the retouch (which is not free even though it's part of a promotion). After the consultation, I applied numbing cream and waited for about 20-30 minutes before entering the treatment room to select the color and start the procedure. The female doctor who performed the treatment explained everything in detail and was very kind. However, the treatment took longer than I expected, and my neck hurt a bit. The numbing wore off quicker than I thought, so it was a bit painful when it started to wear off, but we alternated between numbing the upper and lower lips while treating (when we were treating the upper lip, the lower lip had the numbing cream on). So it was bearable. The photos are before treatment, with numbing cream, and after treatment. There’s no separate retouch, but I plan to go again!

The facilities were clean, and overall I was satisfied. I’ll come again if I get the chance.
