They first took a panoramic X-ray to check the condition of my gum bone and tartar distribution, and I learned that the tartar on the inside of my gums, which wasn’t visible, was the cause of inflammation. The treatment was done step by step. Initially, they performed scaling to remove tartar from the surface of my teeth and above the gums, and then they treated the tartar that remained inside the gums. Throughout the procedure, they continuously checked for pain and made adjustments whenever I felt discomfort, which made it relatively comfortable for me. After the treatment, they thoroughly explained that there might be temporary gum bleeding and gave me precautions, along with instructions on proper brushing techniques and how to use interdental brushes. The hospital felt generally clean and organized, and all the staff were kind from registration to treatment, which eased my nerves. I was impressed by the fact that they only performed treatments suited to my current condition without pushing excessive treatments, and I felt it was a good dental clinic for regular visits focused on gum care.
