I guess because it’s a popular place with a lot of people, there was a bit of a wait, but overall it felt well organized more than I expected, so it wasn't too uncomfortable. While waiting after checking in, the guidance was clear, and the staff were friendly, so my first impression was quite good. The manager also explained things calmly during the consultation, which I appreciated, and it felt like they only covered what was necessary, so I didn’t feel overwhelmed. They didn’t create an atmosphere where I felt like I had to get a bunch of extra procedures done, but rather focused on assessing the current situation first, which I liked. The treatment itself was thorough, so I felt less anxious, and even though I waited because it was busy, once I received the treatment, I understood why it’s such a sought-after place.
