While looking into hair loss management, I noticed that there are really a lot of people debating whether or not to take medication. There are many stories saying it is effective, but I also hear that once you start, you have to take it for a long time, so I find it difficult to make a decision. For those of you who are actually taking hair loss medication, how much did you hesitate before starting? I am also curious whether, after starting, you thought, "I should have taken it sooner," or if you wished you had waited a little longer.

I used to think hair loss was something that only happened to other people, but these days, I get worried for no reason even if I lose just a little bit of hair. When I search online, everyone says that early management is important, but I don't really know when I should start worrying. For those of you who have struggled with or tried to manage hair loss, was there a moment when you thought, "I'm glad I went to the doctor at that time," or "This is when I started paying attention to it"?

I went on a diet with a meal plan last summer as well. I did lose over 5 kilograms, but I was losing a lot of my hair too. The diet at that time was chicken breast and cherry tomatoes. I think I ate a little bit like this whenever I was hungry. It's not like I'm not eating at all, but I'm losing more hair than I expected. It really took quite a long time to recover. I'm planning to go on a diet again this summer. I found that you need to follow a diet in addition to exercise to lose a lot of weight. It prevents hair loss and helps with weight loss at the same time. Please recommend a meal plan.

채소걸26.07.04Views 60Likes 1 Worried about curly hair and hair loss during the rainy season, even going to the hair salon feels like a burden these days.[4]
Lately, I've been very worried about my hair. Since I have curly hair, the high humidity during the rainy season makes it frizzy and look messy very quickly, so I get self-conscious every time I go out. It loses its shape fast even after blow-drying, and styling products don't last long, which often makes me lose confidence. So, I try to replenish moisture and nutrients in my hair by consistently using hair masks or oils. Also, I've found that applying a moisture-blocking spray or a light wax helps prevent my hair from spreading out, which makes things a bit better. On rainy days, there are many times when it is just more convenient to simply tie it up or braid it to keep it neat. Lately, however, my concerns about hair loss have been growing. I feel anxious because my hair seems to be getting thinner and the amount falling out has increased. Going to the salon for treatments feels like a burden due to the cost and time involved, so I keep putting it off. With both my curly hair and hair loss on the same day, the rainy season feels especially difficult.
