Does hair loss shampoo really help?

I have been continuously using hair loss shampoo, though.

I do have some baby hairs growing, but it seems like there isn't much hair on the crown of my head, which is my biggest concern.

Of course, it varies from person to person, but when I look at reviews of hair loss shampoos, it seems like hair grows back thickly on the crown of the head...

Are there specific hair loss shampoos that suit different people?

It's hard to find a hair loss shampoo that suits me...
