Please read this before you leave

What gets deleted

  • Your account information and d-Points are deleted and cannot be restored.
  • Your Medicash balance and saved coupons disappear as well.
  • Your health records, including visit and checkup history, are deleted.
  • Requested cash withdrawals and product deliveries are cancelled and cannot be restored.

What remains after you leave

  • Posts and comments you wrote in the community remain after you leave. Delete them yourself before leaving if you want them gone.

Check Your Remaining d-Points

Leaving also erases the d-Points you have left. Check your balance in d-Point history first.
