This medication is used to relieve gastrointestinal symptoms such as heartburn and stomach discomfort caused by excess stomach acid, abdominal bloating, dyspepsia symptoms like feeling of fullness, nausea and vomiting, stomach pain, and eructation.
Dosage
Aged 15 years and older: 2 tablets per dose, 3 times a day Take between meals and at bedtime. The dosing interval should be at least 4 hours.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by patients receiving dialysis treatment or children under 7 years of age. Additionally, tetracycline antibiotics should not be taken during the use of this medication. Patients with impaired kidney function or those taking other medications must consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. If constipation or diarrhea occurs during treatment, or if symptoms do not improve after about 2 weeks of use, stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. This medication should be taken exactly as prescribed, and if given to children, it must be administered under the supervision of a guardian. People on a sodium-restricted diet should exercise caution. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place in a tightly closed container. Additionally, it is important not to transfer the medication to another container to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
