Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to specific ingredients. Patients with severe depression should also avoid this medication. Individuals who have previously experienced sensitivity of their skin to sunlight should avoid this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as well as breastfeeding women, should not take this medication. The safety data for children under the age of 12 is insufficient, thus its use is not recommended. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with lactose-related genetic issues should not take it. While taking this medication, do not use it concurrently with certain antiviral agents, anticoagulants, cytotoxic agents, or immunosuppressants. Combining these medications may reduce therapeutic effects or increase the risk of side effects. Avoid prolonged exposure to strong sunlight or ultraviolet light during treatment. This includes avoiding prolonged sunbathing or the use of sun lamps and tanning beds. If you are taking other medications or receiving treatment, consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. If you experience redness, itching, increased skin sensitivity to sunlight while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult an expert. Also consult an expert if neurological symptoms such as fatigue, anxiety, drowsiness, and restlessness or gastrointestinal disturbances occur. In case of overdose, the skin may become sensitive to sunlight, so it is important to protect the skin from sunlight for 1-2 weeks after taking it. Reduce outdoor time and use products with high sunblock indices to protect the skin. This medication can activate enzymes that breakdown other drugs in the liver, which may lower the blood concentrations of other medications. Therefore, when taken with cardiac glycosides, bronchodilators, antiarrhythmics, anticonvulsants, or sedative-hypnotics, the effects may be diminished, and careful observation is needed when starting or stopping treatment. It may also reduce the effectiveness of oral contraceptives, potentially resulting in breakthrough bleeding, so caution is required. There may be an increased risk of side effects when taken with migraine medications and some antidepressants. Additionally, there are possible interactions with methadone, lipid-lowering agents, steroids, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, antihypertensives, hypoglycemic agents, and narcotic analgesics, so consult an expert. Make sure to adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and administration guidelines. Store in a tightly sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture, and keep at room temperature between 1 and 25 degrees Celsius. Proper storage will help maintain the medication's effectiveness over time.
