Adult dose

Take 10 to 20 mL four times a day (after meals and before bedtime).

Child dose

Children aged 12 and older may take 10 to 20 mL four times a day (after meals and before bedtime) as directed for adults.

This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to this medication or its ingredients. People with poor heart function or kidney issues should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication, as it contains a high amount of sodium. Patients with elevated calcium levels in the blood or those who frequently develop calcium stones in the kidney should consult a specialist before taking this medication due to the calcium it contains. Children under 12 years old should avoid taking this medication without a doctor's instructions. If symptoms such as itching, difficulty breathing, or severe allergic reactions occur while using this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Excessive intake of calcium may lead to excessively high calcium levels in the blood or cause side effects such as constipation and dyspepsia, so recommended dosages should be followed. If symptoms do not improve after one week of use, consult a specialist. In case of an overdose of this medication, immediate medical attention is required, as some patients may experience abdominal discomfort or bloating. The calcium component in this medication may interfere with the absorption of other medications, so it is advisable to take other medicines at least 2 hours apart. Pregnant women can take this medication without reports of abnormalities in the fetus or newborn, but it is recommended to consult a doctor before use. This medication should be stored in a secured place out of reach of children and in its original sealed container to maintain its quality. Once opened, it should be used within 6 months, as prolonged storage may reduce efficacy. Lastly, this medication contains saccharin as a sweetener, which has been reported to have potential carcinogenic properties in animal experiments, so long-term high-dose use should be avoided.
