This medication can be used with certain antibiotics, but it is advisable not to use it concurrently with ciprofloxacin, imipenem, and cilastatin sodium. Patients currently receiving treatment from a doctor should be more cautious when using this medication. This medication contains lactose and should not be used by patients with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Always take this medication exactly as prescribed in terms of dosage and frequency. If symptoms do not improve after using the medication for about a month, it is necessary to stop taking it and consult a pharmacist or doctor. When administering this medication to infants under 3 months of age, it is essential to consult a pharmacist or doctor. Keep the medication out of reach of children, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
