Precautions
This medication should not be taken by individuals who have allergic reactions to this drug or its components. Additionally, infants under 3 months old should not take this medication. Since this medication contains lactose, individuals with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance, lactose enzyme deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. Do not take this medication with levodopa during the treatment. Individuals receiving medical treatment, those with hyperoxaluria, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, infants, patients with gout, or individuals with kidney stones should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Be cautious as long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance in the body. Long-term consumption of 500 mg to 2 g of pyridoxine may result in peripheral nerve issues, so caution is advised. When taking a certain dose of vitamin B12, blood abnormalities may occur, so caution is needed. High-dose use may exacerbate peptic ulcers or cause issues with blood sugar regulation, as well as increase uric acid levels or cause liver damage. If an overdose occurs by mistake or if symptoms do not improve after taking it for more than a month, consult a professional immediately. This medication should be taken strictly according to the prescribed method and dosage, and when given to children, supervision by an adult is necessary. Furthermore, this medication may affect blood sugar measurements in some urine tests and can cause urine color to change to yellow, affecting test results. When storing, keep this medication out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store it sealed in a cool, dry place.
