The lead doctor gave me a TA injection, and I was happy with how quickly I was seen. They also drained the inflamed area, so I think it will calm down quickly. When I’m in a hurry, injections seem to work faster. This is a place I visit often. The price has gone up compared to before, but it’s still affordable.

I get Pico Toning for my freckles and melasma. It’s a bit of a factory-style clinic, but the wait isn’t too long, so it’s fine. It is a little disappointing that they don’t do the finishing steps for me and I have to do them myself, but the price is reasonable, so I’m willing to accept that~~~

Maybe because it had been a while since my last visit, or maybe because the pigmentation had built up from all the time I’d spent outdoors, but when I first started the Pico Toning, it stung a little rather than actually hurting. I told the doctor, and they immediately adjusted the intensity appropriately and checked to make sure I was okay and that it wasn’t too painful, which I really appreciated. Even though it was a weekday evening, I made a reservation right before I went. Once I arrived, I was able to wash my face almost immediately with barely any wait, and then went straight in for the treatment, so I didn’t have to wait at all.

My facial breakouts had gotten really bad overall, so I went in for full extraction and treatment. I usually have pretty severe acne, and with my period on top of that, my face was a total mess, so I did a quick search. The reviews were good, and I heard the prices were affordable and reasonable, so I decided to come here for the first time—and I was satisfied with the results! Even though it’s located in Hongdae, the price of the anti-inflammatory injections was cheaper than at clinics in my neighborhood. It was also the opposite of other clinics that get expensive because you have to add extra options just to get extractions. The basic extraction and soothing treatment were pretty simple, but this was the most affordable out of all the clinics I’ve been to so far. The practitioners who treated me were also kind and nice. I’d definitely come back!

Lately, I’d been self-conscious about how much I tense up the area between my eyebrows when taking pictures or looking in the mirror, and I also wished my nostrils looked a little slimmer, so I decided to get Botox this time. I visited Maypure Hongdae. Since it’s in the Hongdae area, it was fairly easy to get to, and because it was my first visit, I had a thorough consultation before the procedure. The treatments I received this time were Glabellar Botox and Alar Botox. I was concerned about the wrinkles between my eyebrows because I have a habit of unconsciously tensing that area, so I got Botox there after the consultation. I also had treatment on my nostrils because I didn’t like how they widened when I smiled or made facial expressions. Since Botox involves injections, I was a little nervous, but the procedure didn’t take as long as I expected and was over quickly because the treatment areas were small. Right after the procedure, there were some injection marks and slight redness, but nothing that was particularly bothersome. Especially between my eyebrows, I gradually noticed that the feeling of tensing up when making facial expressions was becoming less pronounced. It was also interesting to compare how the shape of my nostrils changed when I smiled over the next few days. Botox isn’t a treatment where dramatic changes appear right away, so I think it’s better to watch for the results over the following days rather than judging them immediately after the procedure. For anyone like me who tends to tense up the area between their eyebrows or feels self-conscious about their nostrils widening when they smile, I think it would be a good idea to get a consultation and see whether those are areas that need treatment for you. I was satisfied that I could address both areas I’d been concerned about at once by having them treated together this time. I’ll have to keep watching to see how the results develop over the next few days.

It's easy to make an appointment. You can even book a time 30 minutes later on the same day through Naver. The value for money is good, so they tend to have a lot of patients even on weekdays, but the line moves pretty quickly. I had Crow's Feet Botox at another clinic and it made everything so stiff that my expression looked awkward when I smiled, but it was fine here. The practitioner was a man, and I think he did a good job while keeping the results natural.

The photos are the before-and-after pictures from just one session! The first two pictures were taken on the day of the treatment; I had a slight bruise, but it faded quickly, and it was completely covered with makeup! The last two pictures were taken seven days after the treatment; both are without makeup, and I can definitely see my skin is brighter, has a nice glow, feels smoother, and is less dry! I received cheek filler the day before yesterday, but it seems like my under-eyes look even more sunken after that, so I made a reservation today and got under-eye filler! I used to have serious dark circles, but it seems to have improved a bit after the filler~ I was told that filling right below the eyes can make them look puffy, so they injected it just below the cute fat pads instead, hehe. After filling the under-eyes, the front cheek area looked a bit flat, so they added a little filler there too! This time, I've decided to go ahead with the highly recommended Rejuran Healer after much consideration!! I heard that the more CC, the better the effect, so I went for 2cc all over my face!! I usually have skin that bruises easily, so I was quite worried, but once again, I am completely satisfied,,, My dull and lifeless skin has become incredibly hydrated and vibrantㅎㅎㅎ The doctor kept talking to me to ensure I was comfortable and said that doing it every month is ideal, so I plan to proceed with it again!!

I got the first shot last week and the second shot yesterday. I can already feel a difference in my skin texture, haha. I did it without anesthesia, and it was painful because of the injection... They said that bruising, injection marks, and swelling would last for a week, but right after the procedure, there was only slight redness. When I returned home in the evening, I noticed that the bruises were gradually appearing, but I remembered that they said bruising cream would help if I was very concerned about it, and thanks to the bruising cream, the bruises faded quickly!! During the consultation, I was recommended to come in 3-5 times at weekly intervals, and for just one session, I am already very satisfied with the skin hydration and texture, so I will definitely continue with the recommended 5 sessions! The photo was taken on the same day as the procedure, and there were small needle marks with some bleeding afterwards, but they disappeared in a day or two. To be honest, I was a little hesitant about receiving treatment at a network hospital, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, even with an appointment, it took about an hour from applying the numbing cream to actually starting the procedure. I heard that the Rejuran injection helps with skin texture, but I couldn't tolerate the pain, so I'm glad I chose Derma Shine instead, haha.
